We are currently located in Riga, Latvia and we are looking for apartments to live in when we get back to Austin, TX. I saw on one of the apartments we were researching Apartments Pros with a 5-star rating. I take ratings very seriously, in fact, before we go anywhere or purchase anything, I always look for the ratings to see what others are saying and what they have experienced. So I figured I would give them a try. Almost immediately I get an email from Gustavo Del Aguila saying that he is here to help me and to meet my needs. I mean really, wow, that was awesome. I was looking for an apartment in north Austin and was helped by Kendall. I gave him my needs, ie first floor, near my work etc. and he researched a number of apartments. We were going to get together but I had to postpone the meeting and he was very nice about the change in plans. When we did meet we looked at about 3 apartments, the appointment was late in the afternoon and I never felt rushed. I decided on one, but the next day i changed my mind and Kendall was very very patient and understanding and did even more research.
