It's a volume game, and the truth of the matter is that realtors stand to make a lot more from clients that are buying/selling rather than leasing. Even with that in mind, Clay's responsiveness was top notch throughout the whole time, and with the crazy Austin market in mind we needed a realtor that was going to be if we were hoping to win out during the application process. Our particular situation was one where Clay was out of the office in a different country and STILL coordinated with his office to see a property the same day it was listed and get the paperwork completed the next morning.
