I would think that If you were hired and pride yourself on being a personal organizer or just a decent human being, in return would not leave the client with a bigger mess than ever imaginable. I received less than half a refund after multiple calls to the owner. When our child was a few months old, he was diagnosed with a severe and rare autoimmune disease that required treatment by specialists in another state as soon as possible. ApartmentJeanie is amazing and is some of the best money I've ever spent! I absolutely cannot recommend her services enough. If you need moving or organizing help that actually takes all the stress of moving/unpacking off your plate, stop looking right now and hire Jeanie. My family was moving from the Midwest to NYC and I desperately needed help coordinating a move and getting everything unpacked and organized. Both my husband and I are working full-time and have a toddler and a dog and simply didn't have time to deal with finding and vetting a mover, worrying about dates, and most importantly, unpacking and organizing and making our new home feel like our space! We were also juggling working from home and needing to be able to keep working literally the day after we arrived in our new space. ApartmentJeanie made the move as seamless as one could possibly hope. She asked the right questions to understand our needs, recommended fantastic and reasonable movers, coordinated dates, and worked with our building. While we drove ourselves/baby/dog cross-country, her team set everything up with almost no direction. They purchased some organizational items to help fill in gaps, and when I called last-minute to ask if we could get an additional desk set-up in the bedroom they coordinated an awesome Elfa wall desk at the drop of a hat. I am not exaggerating when I say the space was perfection the moment we walked in. It's our furniture and stuff, but somehow elevated. We've been living in the space for a week and they really intuitively grasped how we use our day-to-day items: the dog leash is hung at the right height in the best spot, the linens are folded and placed in a way that makes sense and maximizes space, the cords are controlled and tucked away, and they even somehow knew what chargers to put out in different locations. They even baby proofed!! Clearly, I'm floored. Reaching out to ApartmentJeanie felt like such a luxury and I almost felt guilty spending the money. I now am convinced that the whole cost was actually much less than I would've spent stressing out about and buying all this stuff (ie: finding a silverware container, searching for the right one, buying one that's not-quite-right, etc.). Even if I had done all this work on my own, the end result wouldn't be anywhere near as nice. I could go on and on, but the one other critically important consideration when comparing Jeanie with other similar organizers is that Jeanie is wildly easy to work with. She and her team are extremely professional and just "get" it and what busy people need. They're not going to bug you unnecessarily, and you're not going to need to bug them.
