Rachel Flores was fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. My faith in Apartment Locators was nonexistent. I had a terrible experience with one for my last move but Rachel just was so great to work with. She wasn't in it for the points, she genuinely wanted to get me into a good apartment. I told her I work from home now and I wanted a 2bd1ba or a 1bed1ba with a den/study. While we found a few matches, she suggested a normal 1bed1ba but in a "nicer" complex. As someone who lived in an extremely crappy and shady complex, I was interested if the price is right. Rachel narrowed the search down to two complexes and we successfully scheduled a tour with one. I ended up applying for that one to lock in the price and I'm so glad I did. When I toured the unit I was in love! It was smaller than my current place, but still had plenty of room to work. It had a patio, a fireplace, and a washer and dryer hookup. Sadly after moving in we realized the washer and dryer I was inheriting were too big. But that's okay. I have a HUGE storage unit to house everything until I'm ready to sort! I'm so happy with the unit Rachel showed me. She even went on the tour with me, it was great having her there! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a new apartment. read more

So, I was getting prepared to research and visit apartments in San Antonio on my own when I heard about Apartments Now! I've never used an apartment Finder in my life before and now that I've met Leanna here, I could kick myself. Sharon was very helpful - I was moving to San Antonio from Houston and was very unfamiliar with the area. I also had only 1 day to find an apartment, as I had to move with very short notice for a new job. I let her know my preferences the day before I went to San Antonio to see apartments and she had several for me to look at when I got there. She was not afraid to ask her team of experts at Apartments NOW! for advice or knowledge of specials, just to make sure I had all the options before we went to look, and both she and her colleagues are very knowledgeable about the city. I found the apartment I wanted, and was not going to be able to move until New Years Day, on which the leasing office would be closed and would be unable to give me the keys to my apartment. However, I had already booked the movers. Sharon was kind enough to offer to pick up my keys for me the day before and meet me on New Years Day to give me my keys so that I didn't have to make an extra 400 mile round trip just to pick them up.
