I contacted Fibrenew Corporate in Canada. Basically, I was told they would not honor warranty and would not give me my money back. I needed some prop work, a weld done, tuning and major rigging work done. With no fuss or hassles they bounced right on it. They gave me a quote for the work and (no surprises) met their price and they did the work rather quickly. I keep my boat in La Conner, but when I have serious work to do, I will go up to Vancouver's Creek Marina & Boatyard. It's well worth the trip. Good people are found there.
