While performing the work, the mechanic discovered an unexpected issue that required ordering extra parts. Because they had to wait for the parts to arrive, the repair took all day rather than the estimated four hours, which was a bit frustrating. However, the shop went above and beyond to make things right: they stayed open past their closing time to finish the job so I wouldn't be without my car overnight, and they kindly provided rides to and from the shop. Once finished, the service was thoroughly documented, and the final price was very reasonable. Despite the delay, I am very happy with the quality of care and dedication from this team. Highly recommended!

Auto zone read codes and said to replace mas, so I did and the air filter too. Still had miss and surge and eng light would't reset. So went to GMW for help. Very sweet reception gal said they could schedule me in a month, and I said Well I guess I can leave it because I afraid to drive anymore missing and loping with the eng. light on. She said that a technician can read the codes to see so she had a tech come out to my car to check codes. Ben checked the codes for me and it still had the same code of the bad mas so he popped the hood and found a loose on the air intake at the bottom of engine on the left side. He got a couple of tools and hooked it up for me and that fixed all my problems. Car runs great! And they wouldn't charge me anything. I will defiantly be going there for service and give and all thumbs up to GMW and Ben a super technician.

My alternator of the car was bad and Mr Derek gave me two options: remanufactured and OEM. He clearly explained what the pros and cons of each one and respected my decision. The guy who was going to repair the key ignition, called me if I would like to get a used part instead of a new one and I totally agreed because the cost was much less than the new one. The mechanics were excellent at that time. However, something happened a few years ago as the people changed. Prices went up quickly and it made me feel the recent change of employees was the issue. The last time I went there, I had an oil leak - after the oil change. I told them about it, had to take it back and they said it was not an oil leak and all they had to do was tighten up the lid. However, when I took my car to another auto shop to clean the headlights, they found an oil leak. They fixed it and did it the right way. This particular incident made it clear to me that Yost had no intention of fixing my vehicle correctly. That made me very angry as I spent thousands of dollars in the past. I have stopped going there. I would never recommend their services to anyone.
