A request that got me yelled at, threatened & was ultimately completely ignored. They do not respect property rights, nor have any understanding of the laws regarding airspace above private property. The crew finished the job in less than a day and did a very thorough clean-up when they were done. There wasn't a speck of moss left on the roof. The fact that the moss treatment solution they use is non-toxic is a plus; it smells like a witch's brew, but that wears off in a few hours.
