I've been in this house for years, but hadn't had the ducts cleaned for... too long. Joe and Juan were our Apex techs, and they were great. Focused, personable and friendly, they walked us through the entire procedure before beginning, and were great about clearing up all of our questions. They were patient and cool about the need to keep our cats contained and calm, too. A full walk-through at the end - and a look at the crud that came out of the dryer hose! - was really reassuring. Had my air duct system cleaned today by Apex Clean Air. Frank was awesome, notified me he was in route, he showed up on time, did the evaluation, explained everything he was going to do, and got right to work. He did an awesome and thorough job on the vent system. And even took the time to explain the furnace problem discovered in the inspection to my landlord, as it needed to be further evaluated by an hvac tech due to the rust & water present in & around wiring & the base of the furnace. He made a call and set up an appointment for this friday (which was real fast I thought). He cleaned up the area when finished, replaced all vent covers all in a reasonable amount of time. Alex is the owner of this company, and he cleaned my carpets and stairs today. He spent a lot of time, was very thorough, and of course, had to do the stairs by hand: horizontal & vertical surfaces, and the front of top, and he scrubbed them all very well! (We have a long-haired black cat who hangs out on the stairs, and Alex did a great job removing all the hair!) Very pleased and will definitely use him again.
