They spent 2 days looking at it and replacing parts before eventually telling me I needed to replace the whole unit. Got a second opinion from from 1st Call this year. It is increasingly hard to find good honest reliable work in the trades, especially in the Denver metro area. I can recommend these guys with confidence. I know that this is a slightly larger company with more reviews and I'm happy to contribute to them. These guys are absolutely legitimate so the next statement does not apply to this company. It's just a general helpful warning to homeowners . I would recommend before hiring subcontractors or contractors for large projects to do a criminal background check, especially due to the lack of consumer protection laws in Colorado. We also don't have any laws as far as the amount of money contractors are allowed to request before starting a project and a simple background check can tell you how many times they've committed fraud how many legal cases they have against them. Most lawyers do not do background checks when they are reviewing construction contracts, even with large amounts of money down before the project begins. It is also worth noting that there is no way for a contractor to lose their license in the state, as it is not regulated by anybody including building departments, Dora, etc. I so hope that this review has been helpful and can save people some trouble while repairing our building their home.
