Ben was referred to me by a friend who is quite meticulous. After a thorough inspection, I got a quote that was quite reasonable, and lower than a previous one I had gotten. They actually were available a day earlier than we had anticipated, and were prepared for them to show up very early. Sure enough, at 6:45 they were on site and ready to begin. Seven hours later, they were finished. They had an experienced crew of about 7 pros who got up there and fixed the issues, replacing decking as needed and gave us a roof that looked far better than the one that came original to the house. Additionally, they replaced the wind turbines and vent stacks. Finally, they painted all the stacks and chimney a nice grey to match the color of the shingles. Wow, it really looks great! Throughout the process, Ben kept me in the loop, and I was quite impressed. I can't wait to smile the next time the rains come down!

We had planned on boarding our two dogs on the install day to keep them away from all the commotion and no access to our back yard and when we called their office they said "we sent you an email!" I found the email in my junk folder but it included a "please reply with your confirmation" which I obviously never did. I asked about that and they said "oh, sorry." After moving all our cars out of the driveway to around the corner in our pajamas, the roofers themselves did a pretty good job although they did have at least one kid on the roof that couldn't have been older than 12 or 13. A couple of days later I get the final bill which is approximately $1900 higher than we agreed. They explain that Daniel was pretty new and maybe didn't know what he was doing and they had to charge more for the upgraded gutters AND, by the way, they can increase the total amount if they feel like it without informing me. So I ask why did I sign a contract if it doesn't really mean anything? "Uh, Daniel was new and didn't understand..." Unbelievable! After several phone calls the most they would agree to was "maybe we can send you a gift card so you can take your wife out to dinner because of the bother." They never sent the gift card. Based on my experience, after they have suckered you into believing you have a signed contract, they do not care about their customers and only look gouge you for whatever they think they can get away with. Please, do yourself a favor and find a reputable company that you can trust.
