They never started work but continued to send supplemental claims week after week for eight weeks. Then the bomb fell. After getting our hopes up, then stringing us along for eight weeks, they sent an email that they were discontinuing there interior division effective immediately. Didn't have the decency to call us in person to explain or try to help us find another contractor. If you hire these guys for anything, don't say you were not warned.

Other companies will quote the work with companies I've never heard of. Their warranties on the labor will also be like 3 years instead of what Dennis will cover. You always want a contractor to communicate with you on everything and keep you informed. This was by far the best experience I've ever had with any contractor of any trade I've ever used.
