I had a water damage in my home from leaving the sink running all night. I did not have renter's insurance and obviously the apartment building wouldn't cover it because it was my fault. I called Servpro on referral from a friend of mine. Someone came out within a couple hours on a Friday afternoon to get an idea of what had happened at my home. The guy who came out-cannot recall his name as I am bad with these things-was very helpful. At no time did I feel as if he was trying to make my damage out to be more than it was and the questions I had I felt as if they were answered thoughtfully and thoroughly. I was extremely concerned about the cost of repairs as well. I was surprised on how much they wanted to work with me and I didn't feel as if they were trying to get more money than what it would cost. I even had some other companies come out to compare prices and Servpro's price could not be beat! I was thrilled to find out that I could get a crew to start that same evening and work through the weekend! The crew was professional and worked diligently the whole weekend to dry out my bathroom and hallway. I do not know what I would have done without Servpro and I am truly glad they are the company I chose to go with! Had a pretty significant water damage and I was devastated. I did not know what to do and my insurance company recommended Servpro. I called and within a couple hours an estimator came out to assess the damage. Brian was very personable and answered all my questions. He took the time to explain the process to me and made sure to keep me updated everyday with what was going on. The crew was professional, neat and I felt I was in capable hands. I did have to hire a contractor to repair the dry wall as that is not a service that Servpro offered but the contractors commented on how neat the cuts were and how little they had to do to repair my home to original quality. I was very pleased with Servpro and I would recommend them to anyone. I was so worried about mold but the spray they sprayed on the walls and floor boards seemed to have prevented any of that. We needed immediate attention and ServPro was there. Cam and his team of professionals worked hard, stayed calm, and were very professional in our time of need. The weather was in the 90's and they never even showed that they were tired. Communication with Cam was great. He was on top of thing and kept us informed every step of the way. I don't know why they only have one star on Yelp. I had a flooded bathroom that sent water everywhere. They were VERY quick to respond, thorough, polite, knowledgeable, and (besides the obvious demolition that needed to be done) left the house clean. Nice guys, conscientious.
