It comes with a package of a express alignment, total alignment and when he came back and told me be 180 on top of that we need to adjust some things to make it to be the right percentage on each side and I ask him would be he 250 for each side and when I a tire stone they told me do not go there again they scammed you and they told me that they will only charge me 100 for those specs and they redid my alignment for free. And also what they also did wrong is when they fill out the paperwork for the alignment why does it say on the paper odometer 134,830 if my car has 139+ miles. WARNING: DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS…read more I trusted KT Performance to powder coat 2 motorcycle wheels, they totally destroyed both of them and refused to take any responsibility. This company abrasive blasted the machined area on the inside of the hub that the bearing race is seated in. The owner told me that it's not a problem and the surface can be simply cleaned up with sandpaper. According to another local powder coating shop there wasn't any reason to blast this area of the hub and the rim is no longer capable of safely containing the pressed in bearing. A local machine shop verified this and that the wheels were essentially ruined. It will cost $1,401.64 per wheel to purchase factory replacements or $400-$600 per for used wheels and then another $200-$300 to have these refinished at reputable powder coating shop. At minimum it will cost me $800.00 to replace the wheels. Another shop will complete the job for an additional $200-$300. This company has cost me $1000.00 !!!!!! When I requested the owner compensate me for the damages that he caused his answer was that he'd give my $200 back (the cost of the service) if I'd give him the wheels. He essentially admitted his wrongdoing by making this offer which was an attempt to buy the evidence so that he could not be sued. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware) applies to using this business.
