when I parked my car, I asked somebody how much would an alignment be and they quoted me 110 and when I went inside, I told him what vehicle year it is and somehow they price on me 150 to 170 just on the car I drive they say Mustangs & corvettes cost way more money for the alignment. It comes with a package of a express alignment, total alignment and when he came back and told me be 180 on top of that we need to adjust some things to make it to be the right percentage on each side and I ask him would be he 250 for each side and when I a tire stone they told me do not go there again they scammed you and they told me that they will only charge me 100 for those specs and they redid my alignment for free. And also what they also did wrong is when they fill out the paperwork for the alignment why does it say on the paper odometer 134,830 if my car has 139+ miles. Absolutely terrible experience! After continuing to experience low air pressure on my front left tire, I had taken my vehicle to Discount Tire on March 17th and was told the rim was bent on the inside. Discount Tire removed my two front rims and installed my factory rims because I wanted the two front rims to match each other while that chrome rim were being repaired. On March 18th, 2026 my friend took my rim to LoneStar Wheel Repair and the repairs were completed, we paid $154.50 and picked up the rim up on March 20th. On March 20th 2026, Discount Tire removed the factory rims, replaced the chrome rims, put the repaired rims on the opposite side. On March 21st 2026 when I got in my car the air was back down to 19, so I called LoneStar Wheel Repair, but they close at noon on Saturdays. So, I went back to Discount Tire they checked the tires/rim and it was determined it wad still bent and needed to be repaired again. On Monday, March 23rd, 2026, I called LoneStar Wheel Repair and was told to bring it in. This time I drove over and when I got out of the car, the Owner, immediately guaranteed me that it was a different rim. Even before she liked at it. The, owner insisted they "mark" all repaired rims but refused to let me see these so called markings. Instead of even trying to understand what happened, she accused me of damaging another rim within less than 24 hours and blamed "the way I drive." Completely unprofessional! They refused to take responsibility and charged me another $154.50 to fix what was clearly the same rim. No accountability, no customer service, and very disrespectful treatment. I would not trust this business especially if you drive a nice vehicle and expect careful honest service. The finish looked great until it came time to change tires 6 months later. The tire machine peeled up the "powder coat" and then curb checked one wheel today and now I can peel the whole clear coat and powder coat by hand. Do not recommend waste of money read more

Nancy and Jax hooked me up!! I initially used Yelp and got a quote directly over the site. It was super easy and convenient! I LOVE that you don't need an appointment and they can turn you around the same day (but usually 24hrs). I had two (2) Teslas with 20" turbine wheels (total 8 wheels) done. I had them both in by Thursday and Friday, and was out the door before the weekend!! I could not even tell my rims had ever been scraped/or had curb rashes. They did such an excellent job! I jokingly told Nancy, I liked her work and would definitely use her again, but hopefully I never need too . She responded, those wheels should be good for 20yrs. w/ a STRAIGHT FACE! I cannot recommend Lonestar Wheel Repair enough! We took our new Buick there to have the wheels powdercoated, and the result is absolutely stunning! Completely changes the look of the car, it looks so much more luxe now, we love it! Nancy was so great, she showed us all of the color options, even pulling a wheel they had just done for another customer so we could see the color we wanted in a larger, real life sample. The only negative was that it did take a couple more days than originally quoted for them to finish, but I'm not penalizing them for that as it was a result of supply chain issues and completely not their fault. We were still able to get to work while we waited on the car to be finished, so no big deal. :) We took the car to get some paint correction done after the wheels were finished, and our guy Manny at Blessed Touches Detailing loved the wheels so much, we referred him to Lonestar to get his wife's wheels done. read more

Please read entire review to understand the rating. Let me say when I first contacted Lonestar Wheel Repair I thought the customer service was great. The staff seemed nice and professional. I read reviews that said the wheel repair pricing was affordable and it is to an extent. I didn't like the fact they don't have prices posted for the service. When shops do that it's normally because they want to be able to price things however they see fit per customer. Anyway, I was quoted over the phone a lower price than the price I was given when I arrived. They said it was due to needing a full repair with paint and curb rash repair. I didn't ask for all of that. I just asked for the dent to be repaired. That jacked the price up $50, but I let it go because why not. The rim was ready a day later then they said I needed a new tire. I had to take their word for it. I got the new tire. When I picked up the rim it looked nice, they were very nice, and put it on my car and I was on my way. The next day I hand washed my rim and four beadlock bolts were missing and a 5th one fell off in my hand as I was wiping it. I was shocked. I thought that was weird since my rims are fairly new and that had not happened to any of my other rims. I contacted them the next day, they asked for pictures, I sent them. I did continued to contact them for days without a response. A week later I contacted the manager again and at that time she said she asked the team at the shop and they said my rim came in that way. A complete lie. I wasn't asking for a refund. I just wanted them to replace it or fix the issue but I can't deal with a shop that can't take accountability for mistakes they made. The manager did offer to just replace the screws but I didn't want to take a chance of putting my property in their hands again and possibly messing up something else like scratching my rim. I'm sure they would not own up to it. My advice to everyone is keep a detailed video record of your property before turning it over to any shop. Lesson learned for me. I'll find and replace my own beadlock bolts. read more

Very professional and knowledgeable people. We got an estimate and left the car there to have 4 wheels refurbished. They finished job within their estimated timeframe (2 days). The results were excellent. The was a scratch on one wheel upon pickup that was noted , but they took care of it while I waited. I could not do a yelp review fast enough for these great people. On a Friday i called every shop in dallas and no shop cld get my rim fixed until Monday . I desperately needed to work over the weekend and had to have my car to do so . Not only did they fix the room in one hour BUT the rate was much cheaper than other quotes. On top of that o was expecting to have to go to discount tire to get a new tire. They informed me my tire was fine and they even put it on for me . The man in the shop didn't have to go the extra mile .. this Texas heat we were all sweating BUT he did it because it was the right thing to do . Fast turn around time for the type of repair( just some bends) on two of the wheels I brought them. I picked up the next day. Only down side was their balancing Machine was down, so they were not able to re-balance my wheels after the repair was done. Took my 2013 SL550 in to get my calipers powder coated red. Contacted them and set up a time on YELP messenger(very quick response) and went to drop my car off and was told it will be ready in 24hrs, I had big reservations about this because others said that they would keep it a week, but I was prepared to leave it longer. Then I called them 24hrs later to check on the car and it was FINISHED!!! Picked car up and they were PERFECT!!! Provided caliper stickers and them put them on perfectly. Pricing was amazing and they did not waver on it. I would add a picture but the beautiful calipers made my wheels look shabby, so I will be taking it back to get my wheels brought back to life soon.
