We brought it in & all they had done adjust something - didn't install any of the parts we had paid for. So my husband said just return the parts & give me a refund for $600. Basically $200 for the time spent returning them. JR said they couldn't. Bill said why not? There is a 90 day return policy. JR said they threw away the box. Bill asked why would you do that? I thought my starter was out with the information I had been given, but he told me it was probably just a bad battery cell. Turns out it was neither, but just taking the battery off and putting it back on started my car so it must of had something to do with the cables. I think if i had taken it to someone who was not so reputable thy could have charged me a few hundred and told me it was the starter.
