If i could score this place in a negative number I would. Recently I purchased a vehicle that had powder coated wheels and I needed one redone. I gave this place a call and the person that answered the phone had the worst customer service I have ever heard. I simply asked how much it would cost to have wheel done. The person on the other end of the phone came back very RUDE and said "How do you know i can even match the color, I need to know how long its been in the sun, do you even know the color of it." After hearing this type of attitude over the phone I quickly realized these are not the type of people that I would take anything to. read more

I had a small dirt bike frame coated here. I payed for sand blasting and a glossy black coat. The frame & triple tree came out amazing. The swing arm look good as well, but you could see the word "YAMAHA" below the coating raised up....that tells me they never sand blasted it. After arguing with the owner he finally said he would fix it. When i brought it back in i asked him how this could have happened he went around the world with words that never answer anything. He even told me that the frame looked fine(i didn't pay for those words to still be there). Never the less he agreed to get it done right. I went in to get the part and he told the shop crew to "wrap the part up". Instantly i knew something was wrong, because he did not do this before and there really isn't a reason to wrap something like this. I asked to see it. To my surprise the part was no longer smooth/glossy, but now had a very grainy finish. I asked him him this happened and he said he had to sand blast so deep to get the sticker off(my opinion that's a lie, i even scratched off part of the sticker beforehand and have photos). He told me that it was "a stupid dirt bike" and if i didn't like the service to go somewhere else. I told him i happily would, just to give me my money back, on the swing arm only, and i would go on my way. He then took out twenty dollars and put it on the table(no where near the price of what it would cost to redo). He also said he would be happy to do the part perfect, but i would have to pay his labor cost to redo it. IT ISN'T MY FAULT YOU DID IT WRONG TO BEGIN WITH. I was speechless. After a very long argument i finally left without taking anything. I paid for a product that i did not receive as specified(it looked different from the other parts i had done). Not knowing what to do i decided to call up there and get his name(the owner). I restated my case and while doing so he apologized and said "if i could take back time i would, there is a lot going on in this shop that has nothing to do with you and you got the bad end of it by me letting my mouth get the best of me". He said if i brought the part back he would do it perfect and match the other parts i had received at no cost to me. Hesitant i took the part back one more time and yes it came out correct after the third time. If i pay for a service and you cannot uphold your end that is not a problem. Just refund me the portion you could not do and apologize. Do not tell me that my projects are stupid, there is ZERO reason to ever say this about any ones items they bring in. Do not offer $20 to get the customer out of your hair. They are still having to find another place to redo the part that they already paid you for, plus it's just insulting. This is really just the tip of the ice burg, there was heavy conversations about he would not fix problems, telling me it looked fine to him, going around the world to try and not fix things, insults and some of the dumbest excuses i've ever heard. The owner talks in circles just to keep from answering anything. I'm at a loss for words on how bad this went. He apologized for the problems and i appreciate that, he also fixed the work correct, but i cannot tell anyone to go here. Absolutely no reason for someone to go through this treatment, it was just unreal how bad it was. read more

Ive used this company 3 or 4 times to have some metal based and small pieces powder coated and each time something went wrong. (My mistake for giving them the benefit of the doubt) The first time they told me it would take 2 weeks to complete, so after 2 weeks I called and they had lost my order. 2 days later the found it and it took another several days for them to finish it. The next time, again they said it would take 2 weeks and it ended up taking 3 because they sent my order away to be sandblasted and no idea that the company was on vacation. Another time a week and a half into the order they called saying they were out of the color I wanted and said it would be an additional $100 to order more of the color... they had started the whole process before they even knew whither or not they had my color. This company is unorganized and unreliable. They dont keep to deadlines and they dont keep track of your stuff... unless your spending big money and having large things powder coated, they could care less about your order read more
