Often time these small outfits can & will cut corners. Some are often under-insured and such. She was very friendly and drove us to our destination with no issues. They have extra charging ports for all passengers, climate control system in their vehicles. Their cars are roomy even with 4 suitcases and 4 passengers riding in the back. I accidentally left my laptop in the backseat after our ride concluded and they were prompt to notify me and returned my bag. They did not show, called again, said driver would be there in 23 minutes. Guy pulls up in van (I rented bus). Jumps out in t shirt, shorts, no mask. My children said guy was texting, talking on phone, swerving in and out of lanes and DRIVING 85 with 5 small children in van!!!!!!!! Called twice to see if driver even had a chauffeur license twice and both times said they would pass to owner. Not sure who to report them to because they were so unsafe!!!! I had used them in the past, a few years ago- will NEVER use again.
