Hyperbaric oxygen is most beneficial within the first 24 to 72 hours because it increases oxygen saturation in the bloodstream, reduces inflammation, supports cellular repair, and speeds healing. But it can be used anytime for recovery and wellness. HBOT has benefits far beyond aesthetics, including support for soft-tissue injuries, inflammation, and even brain-injury recovery. Even though Dr Robertson is a 40 minute drive, he is worth it. He has many methods to treat issues (I like the activator and cold laser best). His team is terrific, has a nice clean office, comfort dogs, and is very reasonably priced. I love how he gives you a choice based on your time and issue. You could come in for a quick adjustment or for the full treatment. I usually get the full treatment, but sometimes I'm in a hurry and go for the quick. He is very personable, a good listener, gentle, and has a teachers heart. He has so many great resources on his web page and also has great books about targeted issues. I met Dr. Ryan Ambacher, he took x-ray and aligned me after message. He is very knowledgeable, professional and kind. On my follow up I shared with him my other concerns of knee issues and he took the time to guide me on different types of knee brace as well as he found an in network Orthopedic doctor. Also the front desk lap was on the phone with my insurance for over 4 hours trying to figure things out. I highly recommend this business because they're not in it to take your money, but rather they are more interested in fixing you properly. He is super responsive and very flexible. That's a major plus for us and our schedules. What I really like, and is refreshing, is the simplicity of the process and the knowledge base that Dr. Nemanic possess. I left a message at Dr Kashian's office and he personally called me back in minutes. The treatment was everything I had hoped for. The doctor ask pertinent questions just so that he could get an idea of what I was dealing with. Then he had his certified massage therapist loosen up the muscles around my neck and upper back using a high frequency massage wand. The doctor gently ranged my neck back-and-forth so that he could feel what was going on and he told me he's not gonna crack my bones right there so go ahead and relax. When it came to the adjustment phase he told me he was going to adjust my neck just a little bit. It felt like the perfect spot to be adjusted that's just what I needed. I felt great and I could easily rotate my neck! Dr Kashian told me I might need only one more visit or so but to make sure I drink enough water, get a microwaveable heating pad and call anytime if I experience more problems with it. I did have a second appointment a few days later and he followed up and made me promise to get the heating pad and asked again if I was drinking enough water. The point is the doctor was more concerned about my situation and feeling better than he was about trying to schedule me for endless visits. Due to lifestyle, genetics, and aging, my lower back began experiencing pain in about 2011. I tried other quick-fix chiropractors but that seems to make the pain much worse and I did not experience the same relief that I did with Dr. Kasian so I just attributed it to getting older. The lower back pain was not so bothersome to the point to continue the painful 'quick adjusts' and ibuprofen kept me satisfied on the days it was acute. Fast forward to 2019 and my lower back was weakened and then injured after laparoscopic surgery. The injury and pain had been ongoing since February and I was afraid that my degenerative-disc genetics had caught up with me. Interestingly, I remembered Dr. Kasian's technique from 2004 and how maybe that was the way back to, at least, alleviating some of the pain that was turning me into a sour-puss. I saw Dr. Kasian in July and now, in September, I can say that I am truly on the road to full recovery. The good: Dr. Kasian is fast (he does not waste your time or sell you anything), his technique is in the interest of healing and he is very reliable. You can tell that he cares about and listens to your body. He is very experienced and has a natural gift and healing energy. I've received chiropractic care before but never have I received results like I did from this place. First off I will say Dr Jolly and Armando are professional and very friendly. I felt like they were there to help me get pain free and did a great job explaining what needed to be done to get me there. When I walked in I was expecting to get adjusted and walk out like everywhere else has done, so I was surprised when they put me on a machine to test my back strength. They showed me afterwards that my lower back strength was below where someone of my age should be and laid out a plan to strenghten it through stretching and exercise. They also performed dry needling of my hip area which to my surprise almost immediately took away my hip pain. I went in twice a week for a month and stretched and exercised my back and hip. At the end of the month my strength was tested again and I was right where I should be. In that small amount of time my hip flexibility improved and pain was completely gone both from my hip and back. I can't recommend them enough.
