There's a huge parking lot, but I've never seen a crowd in the store. One nice thing is that you can order items online, and the website will say which items are available for pick up at your local store within 20 minutes. I was dubious (Target and Walmart tend to require more like 2 hours to fulfill online orders), but yes, I received an email in fewer than 20 minutes alerting me that my curbside order was ready. I drove up, walked into the store (I didn't feel like waiting for what I assume is an understaffed team to send someone to my car), and on the right of the entrance was a rack holding all the online orders. I found my bag and was back in my car in less than a minute. That might have been one of the fastest in-store pick ups I've ever done! It's rare that I need office supplies, rarer still that I need office supplies that cannot be fulfilled by Target or Walmart or that cannot wait until a shipment from Amazon can arrive. Despite being busy with multiple customers, he maintained composure under what others might have viewed a stressful situation. He was so patient and helpful. The first time I printed my project, the ink didn't appear perfect and we switched to a new printer to make sure I was happy with the final result. He even helped me adjust my original file so that I could print two invitations per page to make it more cost effective.
