When I arrived at the location, there were two broken printers; they bore no signs indicating they were out of order until a gentleman working there mentioned it to his female colleague. That colleague then rose--at her own leisurely pace--to assist us. She kept us waiting for about 15 minutes, serving two people ahead of me while I simply stood there waiting. Eventually, she asked her male colleague if he would be willing to handle the task for her; he very kindly agreed and quickly resolved our issue. I made on online purchase and they put it together for me and took it out and put it in my car for me. They went out of their way to help me get the sale price I had originally ordered. This place came to the rescue for me when I had printing needs immediately. They have a large variety of printers and other office supplies that i couldnt find anywhere on short notice like ink cartridges and rubber cement for a project I was putting together. The store associates were pretty friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sold and were able to give me pretty good advice about my printer purchase. Everything's organized in the store and easy to find, so when I had to make a last minute spur of the minute purchase for rubber cement I was able to locate the product right away and leave. So far I'm happy with my printer that I bought practically last minute, and between the holiday rush and dwindling supplies due to the pandemic. This would ve my place of choice next time I have a project to work on or print service. read more

Office Depot is not my preferred place to shop for office supplies, but there are times when it's just convenient to shop at this store rather than driving up to Citrus Park to visit the competition. I find the layouts of Office Depot to be confusing, and despite an abundance of staff in the store it is difficult to find one who will stop what they are doing to help you. It's easy to spot the staff as they are busy running around the store talking into their walkie-talkie CIA wannabe headsets, and yet they are all too busy to stop and help a customer on the floor. I don't get it.... Thankfully I had a fairly simple job for the printing and business center, and stood in line waiting for the one clerk to finish up a complicated transaction with the customer in front of me. Now I fail to understand why one of the other clerks could not walk over to see if they could help me or any of the people in line behind me -- instead they were clustered around the main checkout stand talking on their walkie-talkies. Clearly the President's limo is expected out front at any minute? Oh well, the clerk in the business center apologized for holding us all up, and quickly took care of laminating a checklist for a client presentation. As I say, this is not my preferred placed to shop, so next time I'll just plan to drive up to Citrus Park and let the CIA continue doing their job. read more

The print and copy section of Office Depot has to be the main reason that they are still in business. 90% of the items that they stock are extremely overpriced and just flat out not worth it. Even when they put items on sale, they are still overpriced and can be purchased just about anywhere else for a fraction of the cost. They do have a rather large ink and toner section, which is one perk to their store. I must have walked by three employees on my search for my item that only a place like Office Depot would carry and I was not even acknowledged by a single employee. I finally found my item and went over to the check-out area. The one girl who was running the Print & Copy area was clearly overwhelmed and looked like she was ready to explode. I asked her if I could check out and she called over one of the associates who completely ignored me just five minutes prior to a register across the store. He seemed out of it and could barely open his eyes. I checked out and got out of there. Next time I need something from Office Depot I will order it online and either get it delivered or pick it up in store. That is if this location is around in the near future... read more

Every time I go here there's always an excuse. Today I went to print out something and the woman employee there didn't know how to do it and suggested we come back when another employee was there. She informed me she'd be there until 4pm everyday. I work a 9-5 job and obviously wouldn't be able to see this employee for my printing needs. I asked if anyone there knew how to do it and she said no, just her. How? You're a printing center. I don't think that answer was valid. Basically she told me I could never get my things printed because the employee's schedule didn't fit mine. Not going back there again. It's always something. read more

I have a business account with Office Depot and use my store purchasing card a lot. Never have had any big issue with this store. The only thing to look out for is sometimes they have their "For Sale" items labeled when the items are not on sale (such as a day before the sale has started or the day before a sale ended)". That's why I give 4 out of 5 stars. I will say they have a great selection of computer monitors and I was able to get a great price on a 29" monitor that I now use every day. read more

This is the sorriest Office Depot I've had to deal with. Just very poor management and it shows in their staff's attitude. Send them email w large format files to print and they said "oh we don't check them every day". Came in when they said it was done and they spent 30 minutes trying to find it as it was mislabeled. If I could give negative stars I would. This location is the worst of the worst! Do not order copies from this place if you need them the same day. Ordered in the morning and at 8pm, I called to see if they were ready since I never got an email. I was told someone would have to call me back. At 9pm, when they closed, I called corporate to cancel my order. What is the point of offering same day pickup (3 hours) if you can't honor that? Cancelled the order and sent to FedEx to print, which I will do from now on. read more
