This is a chain office supply store that is convenient when you can't wait for an online order to…read moreship. The actual facility looks very dated and dreary. There's a huge parking lot, but I've never seen a crowd in the store. One nice thing is that you can order items online, and the website will say which items are available for pick up at your local store within 20 minutes. I was dubious (Target and Walmart tend to require more like 2 hours to fulfill online orders), but yes, I received an email in fewer than 20 minutes alerting me that my curbside order was ready. I drove up, walked into the store (I didn't feel like waiting for what I assume is an understaffed team to send someone to my car), and on the right of the entrance was a rack holding all the online orders. I found my bag and was back in my car in less than a minute. That might have been one of the fastest in-store pick ups I've ever done! It's rare that I need office supplies, rarer still that I need office supplies that cannot be fulfilled by Target or Walmart or that cannot wait until a shipment from Amazon can arrive. But for those once every other year situations, I'm happy to use the Tampa Office Depot.

The price/sale on the current one was incredible, well worth paying for rebinding. I was greeted as I entered and walked to the area where to turn in my order. The staffer was professionally patient with me, a disabled senior, and he set up for the current planner to be done to my needs and redid the past planner so I could store it with other previous ones. I got notified this morning that it was ready, it was PERFECTLY done for $4 ea, and I am THRILLED!! This Staples store truly ROCKS in all its departments!! Previous review I stop at the Staples at Dale Mabry/Bearss whenever my printer is thirsty for ink. The staff is always professional and patient in handling my needs. I appreciate the friendliness of this location. Update: I continue to shop at Staples as needs arise. The staff there is professional, personable, and do a great job to handle my needs.

I would be buying, wrapping, packing, and shipping. I am disabled, so I panicked. I knew USPS would be more complicated and expensive. I talked myself into using this UPS as it was a few blocks away from the Bob Sierra Y after my morning warm-up. I would have them do the packing, especially with one item being liquid and the bigger box going to CA. I told myself that the stress relief alone made it worth it...a Christmas present to myself. At 8:30 when they opened, the door was opened for me by a smiling young man...later learned his name was Shelton. I followed him to the main counter and we discussed what I was working with. I let a few others ahead of me as I was not in a hurry. Shelton professionally packed my items to secure them...I watched him as he certainly knew what he was doing. While, yes, them packing using their materials is more costly, I still knew it was going to be cheaper than USPS and, oh by the way, AARP offers a disc on the materials. Also, when they do it with their materials, there is a higher level of insurance. Shelton finished up, I paid him, thanked him, and said I would be in Monday, today, with one more package. My confidence built by today, I had found a good box, packed my items, but left it open. When I went to the store, Shelton wasn't in yet, but I was greated with another welcoming smile...this time by Kristy. I told her about Thursday, she proceeded to check my work, made a few minor adjustments. Kristy closed out my package and rang me up. Yes, I have written a book, but I feel that having experienced the service by Shelton and Kristy, this UPS location in Northdale is now my go-to package center. Thank you!!

You'll find this shop directly across the street from the Citrus Park Mall, and in the same shopping center with Best Buy, PetSmart, Staples, Olive Garden, Longhorn Steakhouse, and others. FedEx gives me a convenient one-stop place to have multiple copies of my reports printed, bound, and shipped out to my clients. I can email the finished document to the store along with my printing instructions, and they'll send me back a proof to approve before they start the job. Generally they'll have everything finished within a couple of hours, and I can even choose to have them overnight the finished product right to my client. If you're in the mood to do-it-yourself they have copy machines, binding machines, and laminating machines along with the standard FedEx shipping services. This store is seldom busy, and the staff is very helpful and friendly. It's nice to have this option right near the mall.
