I contacted Engle Solutions, and Austin came out to assess the space. Right away, his professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge stood out. I shared the vibe I wanted, and he offered creative ideas that perfectly matched my vision. He later presented a detailed sketch and proposal that gave me complete confidence in his expertise. Since I'm not plant-savvy, Austin's skill and attention to detail blew me away. In just two days, working alone between storms, he completely transformed my yard. He raked pine needles (which I can't stand), pulled weeds, reshaped the plain rectangular garden area to a stunning design that flows with the curves of my sidewalk, edged and shaped existing shrubs, and sourced all the plants, soil, and mulch himself. The before-and-after is like night and day-- I'm absolutely thrilled with the results! My yard now looks vibrant, elegant, welcoming, and very pleasing to the eye. Austin's prices were incredibly reasonable for the exceptional quality and scope of his work. As a one-man shop, his dedication to his craft shines through in every detail. He even shared maintenance tips for my plants (a lifesaver for my brown thumb) and offered to return for regular upkeep, which I'll definitely take advantage of. I wholeheartedly recommend Austin and Engle Solutions to anyone needing landscaping or renovation work. He's highly skilled, trustworthy, and a joy to work with--I'll be relying on him for all my future landscaping needs!

I typically stay quiet when I have a bad experience instead of being a keyboard Karen, but this…read moretime I cannot due to the way it was handled. This company came to my new construction home to treat our lawn. The dude was there for all of 7 minutes, maybe walked 25% of the lawn with his hose, put up some signs and left. All of this is on camera and my lawn proves it 4 weeks later. I reached out immediately after I witnessed the work and advised the field manager what happened. There was not even an apology or a tiny bit of "let me make this right." I asked to cancel my account and advised I was not paying for the visit. They are unwilling to wave the visit charge, so I'm paying it...and leaving this review I otherwise would have stayed quiet about. Avoid at all costs! We hired Turf Masters after we started getting aphids every summer on crape myrtle trees planted…read morealong our vinyl fence. No I did not plant them there. They appear to be a good 20 yrs old. They provide great privacy in summer. Our home backs up to other back yards and we have a pool so privacy is utmost important. The aphids make a mess. A serious mess. Then attract bees, ants, etc. Time after time. So my hubby broke down and called in the professionals. Pretty sure he spends up around 400.00 yearly. We also have them do the front lawn where I pay up to or around same to them. Well the professional tree service has yet to keep aphids away each summer. The mess they make is constantly interfering with family functions and in general life. Sean just calls and says they cant control all of it like the bees and bugs it attracts and that the black mold is just a powdery stuff that can be washed off. NO IT IS NOT AND NO IT CAN NOT. It is sugary too! I am not the professional here but I know its more to it. That's for sure. And just washed off...hahaha...well I know 1st hand over and over "just washed off is bs". "You cant control all of it Sean?". We were just paying the company to control the aphids. If y'all did that then the other problems would be solved. I would have nothing "to just wash off".. (btw it takes Clorox clean up and a pressure washer to come off of vinyl fence. More importantly it takes a lot of my time!!! A LOT. That I don't have. My hubby is recovering from cancer, not getting paid; so I am responsible for getting things done around here and no extra money to pay someone to help me. I am over it.) Then I haven't even gotten to the yard this year. It once rated at top in the hood (once again not professional opinion just imo...) Now it looks like HELL. Thinking y'all's chemicals must be getting diluted in this area too now cause around here WE GOT NOTHING from Turf Master. I am going to go take pics. You wont be able to see how bad fence got in a matter of days because I have already been pressure washing for hours. I can show how this powdery stuff that supposedly "just washes off " stains my deck and doesn't just wash off. I had just painted from the staining damage summer before last. Was a waste of time. As I just took the pictures I am really regretting that I did not do a before pic especially of the fence. I honest to God have spent 8 hours at least cleaning up sugary black sticky off of the fence, off pool floats, furniture etc. The pics of the lawn speak for themselves I think. WE GOT NOTHING TURF MASTERS!
