I made an order to have my shoes drop shipped and it was estimated that they should arrive by Tuesday. Jacob was great! I tried to link up the account I made at the store so I could track my order and get my loyalty points. But the website said I had to make a new account. Once the account was made it did not pull over any of the info from the account I made in the store. On Thursday my order had not arrived and I returned to the store to check the status of my order and try to resolve the problem with my account. I stood by the register for a while and eventually a young man came by and asked if I had a pickup, I showed my receipt and questioned if it was a store pickup. He said it was a drop ship and walked away. I was in the middle of trying to ask if he could help with my account or at least confirm the status of my order when he suddenly left. He was speaking to other customers who came in after me, and I waited a a few minutes but it was clear he wasn't coming back and I left the store without my account being fixed or my order status.

I was relieved when I learned of the new location. Upon arrival I scored a metered parking spot right across from the entrance. Staff greeted us and there were no lines. I gave the sales associate my barcode for the return and she found the right size and my daughter tried them on. We checked out in less than 15 minutes. They brought me exactly one in that style and then brought several others that did not fit. They did not have many in my size but would not say so. Most of their bras were for very large breasts. They charge for a fitting which is deducted when you buy a bra. I bought a bra which was about two hundred dollars. I think I wore it once. It was not comfortable. I am older and not very big. I will never go back.

Purchased a new gun here today and the associate picked out the "correct" ammo to go with it, we…read morepurchased said ammo because the associate picked it out saying it was the right one, took it to the range same day and it is not the right ammo, confirmed with the staff at the range, it does not work for this gun at all. Now Cabela's is telling us that despite the fact it was THEIR mistake, they will not refund or exchange ammo. So they can scam you out of your money and refuse to correct their mistakes. Apparently their staff at the gun counter don't actually know anything about what they're selling.
