I tried to link up the account I made at the store so I could track my order and get my loyalty points. But the website said I had to make a new account. Once the account was made it did not pull over any of the info from the account I made in the store. On Thursday my order had not arrived and I returned to the store to check the status of my order and try to resolve the problem with my account. I stood by the register for a while and eventually a young man came by and asked if I had a pickup, I showed my receipt and questioned if it was a store pickup. He said it was a drop ship and walked away. I was in the middle of trying to ask if he could help with my account or at least confirm the status of my order when he suddenly left. He was speaking to other customers who came in after me, and I waited a a few minutes but it was clear he wasn't coming back and I left the store without my account being fixed or my order status.

She was quite rude in addition & left me certain that while this store might have been in business for 40 years it won't be here 40 more if it continues to run its customers off as she did hers today. I think in this day & time a store that can't give a full refund in a case like this shouldn't be catered to at all particularly in an area like North Hills. At least, be sure to read the fine print when you go into this store if you do choose to venture in there.

I stopped by on Sunday 14 July 2019 looking for a new road bike, even though Inside Out Sports is about an hour from my house, it was highly recommended by another military retiree who rides. The staff was friendly and professional. They took the time to show me various bikes in my price range and I when I tried a used Fuji that had what I was looking for in a bike, they did not try and sell me a new bike that was at the top of my price range. They took the time to fit the bike to my size and fixed a couple minor issues. I highly recommend stopping by Inside Out Sports whether you are looking for a road bike, Tri bike or running gear. read more
