I had a window issue in my new home that I couldn't find anyone to help with. I contacted multiple contractors and different companies and it was clear my business was never important - I'd get ghosted for appointments, took months to get quotes, and more. I finally found Smart Shield and was contacted almost immediately after requesting a callback. The owner, Bryan, was so incredibly kind, thorough, and knowledgeable. He helped customize a plan for our home based on what would remedy our current situation and prevent future issues. The process to get started was easy (and very digital which earns extra bonus points in my book) and it was a few weeks until installation. The installation went great and I've never had an issue with the windows. It went so well, that we had Smart Shield come back and put in new doors for us, more window replacements, and replace our siding. While that was a bigger job, the process was just as wonderful. The team at Smart Shield is HIGHLY communicative. The installation crew are all lovely, respectful, and masters of their craft. They have impeccable clean up after as well! About 4-6 weeks later, Blake contacted me and scheduled for installation. Robert and his team did an excellent job installing the windows. I had a total of 11 windows installed on the first floor of my property in Nov 2023. They completed the job in 1 and half days. It could have been done in one day but the sunset in November didn't allow. Some of the pictures of the completed job are shown below. I don't have the before pictures but trust me, there's a huge difference. I will have them come back to complete the second floor in the first quarter of 2024. Thank you!!

NOT ACCEPTABLE! Absolutely worst experience I ever had with any store! Their cashier Freddy,…read moredecided to reject my return for no reason, he made up that item (silicon) is expired. Exp date was good for 2+years and item was still brand new&sealed. When I asked to elaborate on denial, Freddy jumped at me yelling "see this door? get your a$$ out of the store". I was shocked! I asked "that's how cashier suppose to talk to customer?". The guy got even more furious! He started running after me, then manager assistant told him to calm down. Freddy didn't listen. He took his work shirt off and asked to fight me after his shift at 4pm. What a clown! Absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable! Russian assistant manager did not do anything, he did not even apologized just told me to walk away. Terrible people to work with!! NOT RECOMMENDED!
