I told her she shouldn't let them talk to her like that but I also told Mark about it and he said he would take care of it. I'm glad they are working in the back because his regular customers would not want to hear that. The entire staff was welcoming and very friendly. They seemed very eager to answer all of my questions about the bikes and parts. They should all get a raise for their dedication to their work. The atmosphere was fun. Music on tap, big fanfare and bell ringing when you complete your purchase, a fun experience. I am glad I came here and would recommend anyone that's in the market to check these folks out. They have a big selection and if what you want isn't there, they can probably get it. Update on my overtightened belt which could have resulted in a catastrophic acciden…read more Was contacted from a person called IKE who said he was going to help and would call me back before he left for vacation this week. HE NEVER CALLED BACK so now my bike is still down in the middle of the season just before Americas 250th celebration. I have reached out to the response I was given here on Yelp. I have requested an immediate resolution. Will update this post and others if this dealer fixes the problem they created.
