He gave me an offer that was 3 Morpheus 8 treatments, face and neck, plus included a free cool peel as my last treatment. My first impression of Dr Parry was he was a caring man and cared for his patients. And the girl working for him was such a sweetheart. I made later appointments because I work. 1st visit, I went in and the girl, (I believe her name is Katie, very sweet), put numbing cream on my face and neck. I had to constantly remind Dr Parry that my neck was included. They came and got me and put me in the procedure room. Dr Parry came in, I was excited. Every visit he seemed rushed. Seemed like he took his frustrations of his day on my face/skin. I knew he was going to be aggressive, he mentioned it. But it felt like he was trying to put that machine through my bones. Thank God for the nerve block. This was extreme. When He was done with my face, I had to remind him I paid for my neck. He rushed my neck. The end of my first treatment I felt frustrated. 2nd treatment, I went in, later appointment. The last one of the day. She numbed my face. He did the nerve block shot, left and came back. Then he starts talking to his assistant Katie and me about one of his clients that came in earlier that day all glammed up and he didn't recognize her, she got offended/upset because he didn't know who she was. He told us that because she thought she was beautiful he was supposed to know her. Talk about awkward. After the first visit I really wasn't excited about going in and getting anymore done. And now this second visit was worse, totally something a professional doctor shouldn't be talking about in front of or with other clients. He did my face and was very aggressive on spots I didn't think he should have been on and gentle on spots that he should have been a little more aggressive on. It seemed like his aggressiveness was pinned up frustration these visits were definitely not what or how you think a person in his position should handle procedures or shop talk. Again, he forgot my neck. I shouldn't have to remind a doctor what I paid for. He should know before he walks in that procedure room door!!! After 2 months I kept looking at my face and it seemed like my eyes, cheeks and neck were looking worse. But the reviews say it takes a few months for this procedure to be noticeable on your skin. So, I waited. I wasn't the smiling bubbly self I usually am. I was just like going through the motions. The only thing I genuinely was happy to see in that office was Katie. 3rd visit, a different girl took me into the procedure room. She told me she didn't need to numb me that day. I asked her why. She said I didn't need it. I told her this was my third M8 procedure and they have numbed and gave me shots on everyone thus far. She left and Katie came in apologizing, she numbed my face. He came in gave me the nerve shots and left. Dr Parry and the other girl came in to do the procedure, which he came in sooner this time than any of the other times after the shots. They came in and immediately started talking about ordering things for his office and what they were low on. She had a pad sitting down taking notes, which was fine with me as long as he's paying attention. As he's talking about the stuff he needs, he starts using words like shit and damn, which again is fine BUT they were doing a procedure on a patient. I thought to myself, "Here we go again, just get through this and one more and I never have to come back". As he's doing my face he's repeating one area and not doing overall face. I'm laying there and pretty much can feel the burning because the shots didn't go into effect full force yet. He did one strip down the left side of my neck and that's all he did to my neck and stopped. I was so frustrated by this visit, I actually got teary eyed and thought I was going to cry. My final appointment, the cool peel. I was more excited hoping that would help my skin bounce back from the torture of the last 3 months. I went in, it was over quicker than me walking up into the office from my car. The only time I saw Dr Parry smile was in the beginning when he was doing my consultation. Maybe I caught him on a good day. I just know I will never go back to him. I waited to do this review months later because everywhere I read about this procedure said it takes time and months for the results to become visible. Well six months later and my face and neck look worse. Loose cheek/neck skin. I wish I would have done the laser. I'm sure that would have been much better on my face and neck instead of the pushing down on my skin stretching it. I have never been so disappointed. I do know that my overall experience, I think he did more harm to my skin than anything. Very frustrating experience.

He gave me a recommendation based on the very short observation he made of my scalp. (That's why it was cheap I guess.) Observation being completed, I went out to pay for my services. Plus two stars!! Honesty: I gave insurance information for my visit and later received a letter asking for $328!!! After speaking to the receptionist to find out why it wasn't the $100 she initially stated, I was still left in awe as she couldn't even explain why the price was 3x more than what was expected. My trust is completely lost in this business and I will NEVER go again. Minus all stars!!!! Not even one! OVERALL REVIEW: Be careful when going here Yelpers. I don't know the reason for the change in price but I think it might have been because they were trying to get all they could from my insurance. I had been a client for about a year and a half, regularly seeing an outstanding nurse, D.M., who left in April 2024. Every treatment from her--Dysport, filler, and even treatment for my gummy smile--was perfect. She completely corrected that issue, and I was consistently pleased with the results. On September 19, I saw a new (to me) practitioner, Bailey. She was kind and seemed to understand that I just wanted to maintain the results D.M. had given me. Unfortunately, that wasn't how it turned out. I contacted the office with concerns, and Bailey responded quickly and scheduled a follow-up for September 24 to correct the Dysport placement that hadn't reduced my gummy smile as expected. I appreciated her willingness to fix it, and I understood that, as a new patient to her, a correction might be necessary. In the following weeks, I noticed heavy creasing around my face--outside my normal smile lines--and saw this clearly in photos. I compared them to earlier images from just a few months after my last visit with D.M., and the difference was significant. I contacted the Skin Center again. Bailey was once again helpful and kind. She said it could be related to the crow's feet injection spreading to the zygomaticus muscle, which affects lip elevation. She explained that if that was the cause, the best solution would be to wait about three months. She also asked if I had experienced weight loss; I had lost about 8 pounds, but not enough to explain the change. After doing some research, I found images showing the results of neurotoxin spreading to the zygomaticus muscle, and they matched what I was seeing. I was grateful the result was just creasing--some outcomes are worse. I appreciated that Bailey was transparent and gave me two options: she could fill the creases at no charge or I could wait it out. She recommended waiting, and I agreed. The experience took a disappointing turn when I asked for a refund and the Patient Experience team got involved. I requested a full refund to my original payment method, as the results were not what I expected. Anna Lukas responded that the creasing was not caused by Dysport (despite Bailey suggesting otherwise) but said they wanted me to be happy. She added that the product Bailey used for the correction had already been "comped" and offered a partial refund or in-center credit. This response was frustrating. Corrections are routinely done at no charge and shouldn't be framed as a special favor. More importantly, offering credit assumed I'd return, even though I wasn't sure I wanted to. Anna's tone implied that the problem was my face--not the treatment. I responded that I wasn't open to a partial refund or credit. Anna later said I could receive a full refund--but only if I signed a legal document including a non-disclosure agreement. I found that extremely inappropriate. No patient should be silenced from sharing an honest experience, especially after a cosmetic procedure left them visibly worse than before. I was embarrassed by my smile and sought answers in good faith. Bailey and Faith responded with professionalism and kindness. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the Patient Experience team. To be clear: Bailey, Faith, and especially D.M. were all wonderful. The issue is not with the Shaker Heights team themselves--it's with how the Skin Center's leadership responds when things go wrong. Rather than taking accountability, they deny fault, offer token gestures, and rely on legal tactics to quiet dissatisfied patients. I can't recommend the Skin Center--not because the team at Shaker Heights lacks skill or care, but because if something goes wrong, the Patient Experience team is not equipped to handle it with empathy, transparency, or integrity.

What I didn't know, and what no one at the spa ever disclosed, is that all tips across every Radiant Divine location are sent directly to the co-owner, Ryan Devault, a man who is not a licensed medical professional. According to a phone conversation Ryan had with my husband, he personally collects all client tips and redistributes them to employees as he sees fit, including staff members you never interacted with. Not only is this incredibly deceptive, but it's also unethical. Clients are never told that their tips won't go to the person who cared for them, and I was never given the chance to opt out of this hidden policy. Even more troubling, Ryan's wife, Rachel Devault, is a licensed nurse and also a co-owner who works at one of the spa's locations. While I can't confirm whether she accepts tips herself, her dual role makes the entire system feel like it was designed to exploit a loophole, to benefit from client gratuities without disclosing where that money actually goes. When I found out what was happening, I called to cancel my membership and voice my concern. Instead of taking accountability, I was met with resistance and eventually offered a refund, only if I agreed to delete my Google review. That moment told me everything I needed to know about how this business operates. Radiant Divine presents itself as a high-end, professional medical spa, but behind the scenes is a web of non-disclosed financial practices, conflict of interest, and reputation damage control. Clients deserve transparency, especially when it involves money, medical professionals, and trust. Please think twice before doing business here.
