Ok so there are gross guys doing work next to my property line! One day while kids in the pool A…read morelarge drone starting hovering over my property! so I go ask The guys working on Gross property If it was there drone and they thought it was my drone! So I called the police! Anyway turns out it was some other Gross employee flying the drone! This is the first complaint I have ever made in the years of them working on my property line! Mind you They start work at 6am and my house shakes like its in an earthquake! Pictures fall off my walls, My foundation has begun to crack over the last year as they do ground work but I still didn't complain until this incident With the drone! I have videos of My house literally shaking! Fast forward and now the guys working next to the property keep starting fights with me and calling the cops! They have literally called the state police twice in the last few weeks because they said" they felt intimidated while I was outside on my own property! At this point there just being abusive in my opinion because I made a complaint about the drone! One of the workers said he was a marine and asked me how many people have I killed as in he was threatening me in a veiled way! So today I go out in my own yard and the 2 fellas came over to the property line and started whistling at me! I have a security system and I recorded it on my phone! So I asked them if there was a problem and we had words (mind you the guy I was talking too was the guy talking about killing people) they drove away and called the police on me! again officer said I did absolute nothing wrong! Gross isn't even making any legal complaints against me for doing anything wrong! The cops said that they just don't like me being in my own yard because they feel intimidated! if this isn't abuse of legal system then I don't know what is! So This time I called the owner Joe Gross. I listened to him basically say nothing I said or thought mattered only that his guys needed to finish his job! Every time I tried to speak he just cut me off by saying my name over and over again to interrupt me Rob, Rob, Rob! So He didn't have to give anything I said any Creedence! I tried telling him his workers were telling him something different than actually happened! I Told him It sounded like they weren't being honest with him and I recorded the interaction! I even recorded the one worker admitting he threatened me and he admitted in a way like he was making the same threat again! Almost like rubbing it in! Joe Gross didn't seem to care at all his workers are threating people by saying there marines and asking how many people have you killed! He didn't even say sorry or apologize for his workers! I mean They are representing him and it makes sense after talking to him why they think or know they can get away with this type of stuff! He didn't even want to here anything, he only wanted to "lay down the law" if you will because again he seemed to think he and everything he is doing is more important than anyone or anything else! He didn't want to here or admit anything and just sounded annoyed at me for sticking up for myself on my own property! He didn't want to talk to me and figure things out like a real man does he only wanted to talk to me like he and what he has going on is more important than anyone else! I honestly feel sorry for him! He sounds like to me one of those guys that within 2 minutes of things not going his way the only way he knows how to deal with it is my trying to show his horns! In my opinion He's definitely not a diplomatic type of person as most good business men usually are in my opinion from the only interaction I had with him! So basically what I got from the conversation is he wanted me to just stay offs my own property while his guy are working! I'm writing this review because I tried talking to the man directly and it obviously wasn't gonna go anywhere! If anyone wants any information from me from this situation please just ask! Update: 8/8/23 So again went out in my yard this mourning at 6 am and 20 minutes later cops showed up! I asked them who called he said Gross electric! I asked what the complaint was and what I did illegally and the trooper told me nothing! This is harassment by the use of the police! I guess again the workers who were out working at 6 am when they're not even supposed to be starting until 7 am didn't like me in my own yard! There was no complaint that I actually did anything illegal! I did tell them that we should be following the law and the rules for the neighborhood which is no loud equipment or noises until 7 am and I pointed at my property line and told them "Just so they know that there is my property" because the day before they called the police and the complaint was I was trespassing on my own property! Which of course isn't against the law! The officer told me he thought they were trying to bait me into doing something wrong! I asked him to put that in his report!

He was willing to come out on a day he was booked to be sure I had hot water. That wasn't necessary, but his willingness was much appreciated. He went above and beyond. I was treated like family.
