I also notice the owner is quite hostile towards other negative reviewers, each and every one. Reviews are supposed to be used to improve the services you provide, if you need to do an in service on your vastly new staff you do that. When your NP had poked me 8 times and couldn't get my IV, I was patient (I am a RN myself), and let the pink haired blue truck, now has left lady only start my IVS. The laser hair removal like someone else has said is in effective, I have successfully done that treatment elsewhere but I quit coming for those and have more treatments I can donate to someone that wants to waste their time. I wanted to ask to see a different NP this last time Because I felt the last visit wasn't good but again am all for giving people chances. I had my appointment on the 23rd for semaglutude and pharmacy didn't get it until may 31st when I called wondering why I didn't get the meds. Amman don't fight reviewers. Work on your staff. These e meant to help you. Also the Botox service I received from a different American spa was much better but they're not in my area this spa is down the street from me but I'll have to look around now for a better place.

I'm speaking to all of us of Asian descent. The miracle known as Lash Perming, or Lash Lifting, is a chemical treatment process that keeps eyelashes held in a curled position for up to 8 weeks. That's right - CURLED! I.E. actually visible. I found Keta V on Groupon. She was accommodating and easy to work with - I had to re-schedule twice due to work issues. When I did finally make it, she sent me the prep info the day before and greeted me at my car when I arrived to make sure I parked in the correct lot and find the studio. Her place is clean and I felt immediately at ease. As for Keta herself - she's like the friend you knew years ago, but need to catch up with, so patient and well-spoken. The Eyelash Lift is a relatively less well-known process, compared to lash extensions. The idea of coating my eyelashes with chemicals was terrifying. Keta explained the process once before we started and then again during each step. While the procedure wasn't the most pleasant (there's someone pulling on your eyelashes for a good 30 minutes), it was tolerable. Think of the alternative: a 90-minute session of for lash extensions. But the results are much more natural looking - I mean, they are, after all, your own lashes. I've had multiple people compliment me on the results. Also, the perm should last up to 8 weeks, which is about 3x as long as the extensions. I am thoroughly satisfied with the experience and will definitely be going back. Even though I used a Groupon, Keta was respectful and did not try to push any additional products or sessions. Thank you Keta!
