This is a busy salon on Lake Worth Rd. A stylist was available for an appointment an hour after I…read morecalled for availability. I guess I got the stylist no one wanted - for good reason. I was a first time customer. she kept trying to upsell me. I said let's see how the haircut comes out before other services are added on. So she finished in under 10 minutes even though my bangs were in my eyeballs and the sides were too long. I said I'll fix this at home. I just wanted to get out of there. She said no, no I'll fix it. I want you to be happy. So she took a quarter of an inch, maybe, off the bangs. The sides are uneven - one side is longer than the other and one side is more layered than the other side. What would be the top layer in the back wasn't cut at all. Do not use the one whose name begins with a B. I think I could do a better job and I'm really not a good hair cutter.

I initially missed their entrance because there was no signage with their business name at the front entrance. When I arrived I was greeted by Nicole who is the receptionist. She was very friendly and immediately welcomed me with a smile. Even though I had an appointment, she quickly informed me they were delayed due to being short staffed. Once I sat down, I noticed how smoky the air was in the salon. I'm assuming this was due to all the blowouts being done but 29 minutes later one of the stylist opened a side door to clear out all the smoke. The salon is very clean with bachata music playing the entire time. It's what I expected and more. Everything from the shampoo to actual blowout was great. Wendy who is the owner completed my blowout which came out beautifully. She was professional and informative during my service. I will definitely return in the future.

It's just hair and it will grow back but I am heart broken because this is my first time letting someone else other than myself put heat in my hair in over 5 years and I'm left with damaged hair.
