I ran out quickly and when I got back my husband told me the guys had come and gone. I called the office and asked and the woman on the phone told me...as though it was perfectly normal...that they had simply gone back to my house to collect their tools. They left tarp out, wires hanging out of the ceiling, my designer lights for install tossed in a pile on a side table. Absolutely awful experience all around. Completely unprofessional.

The other companies I met with were not pushy at all and were completely professional, but their sales representative, Marty, lost the sale before I even received quotes from other companies. I came into the appointment fully prepared for aggressive sales pitches and upsell tactics because I just needed a simple door. However, I was completely unprepared for Marty's invasive and inappropriate behavior. He used "forgotten" items as an excuse to keep walking and looking through my house, stepping right back inside without ringing the bell or knocking. He completely overstepped his boundaries and made me very uncomfortable. He even made an excuse to use my restroom, which I don't believe he actually used, and I know he didn't wash his hands. It was just another way to try to invade my personal space. He even noticed a memorial item in my home and used it to ask highly invasive questions about my marital status and living situation. It felt entirely like he was profiling my home to see if he could inflate the quote. Then he pushed for me to sign a highly inflated price for the doors that day. I said I needed some time, and he said he'd call next week. Instead, I received 6 calls from him and another representative the next day, and 4 more the day after that, which got them both blocked on my phone. Even if they had been the cheapest quote, I still would have chosen another company that was more professional and courteous.
