Had a very tight window of time (no pun intended) to get the window fixed because I have a funeral tomorrow. I was referred to this place and not only did they make me priority but they were reasonably priced and still serviced me although I was running late by 10 minutes and they were close to closing. They DID NOT match the glass that was already in the car but saiddd they could before I got there! Also they DID NOT advise me at all that it DID NOT match once I was there! They scratched my seats after saying not to worry they wouldn't scratch the leather. The seats were NOT scratched before because I took pics and have a video. I also told them I would not do it if they thought they would scratch it! Thennn they left glass in the seat of the car! This just is a cheap-don't care shop. They just want the money. There is no need for a appointment either.... just pull up, if they don't have what you require there then more than likely they will have it available at their warehouse which won't take long to get and bring back. I went with them not only cause of the price, but also cause years in the past a family member went with them, and they did a great job. Okay y'all I had a date and everything was great. As I'm walking to my car with my date he noticed my back window on my Jeep Wrangler was smashed. Y'all I just started crying! But the next morning after going to safelite ( they quoted me 300 ) I found this place on yelp. I called in and they asked the make and model. The lady mover the phone told me to shoot her a picture of my damaged window and she quoted me via text! SO CONVENIENT! I know some people don't like that but it was a blessing to make sure the window was ordered for the car We drove about 25 min they vacuumed the broken glass in the back! LIFESAVER! They got me in and out in less than and hour! I had someone break my car door window. Speedy quote through yelp, very speedy service (~30 min) and great price. The guys working are very nice and even had a puppy they let me pet. The place looks a little sketchy but don't let that deter you. The service was great and the quality looks good so far. Yesterday morning, my wife and I unfortunately had both of our cars broken into at our apartment complex. It is holiday season and it happened to 25 cars on our floor in a "safe & gated apartment complex" in Meyerland. Luckily after getting my car somewhat cleaned up, I called, got a quote for both cars and the price was very reasonable and honored when I got there. I called in and asked for a quote which they gave me right away. There was no need to schedule or a need to put a down payment and they told me to go ahead and call in! When I came, they directed me where to go and I gave the keys to them. They have a small waiting room that has air conditioning as well as some refreshments, and there's even a TV in case you get bored. They told me it would take about 45 minutes to get my windshield repaired and $159. I had a huge 2 ft long crack and a chip in my window. That's exactly what they did -- they fixed it in 40 minutes and it costed $159. It was fast, speedy and most importantly - cheap. I called other places to check for quotes and they easily went for $100 more expensive than what I paid for. I would definitely recommend this place!! read more

Looks like Low Price has pretty good ratings. My experience with them was not great. Daniel was my primary contact, and I found him to be fundamentally dishonest. There were three major aspects of our transaction where he failed to do what he said he was going to do. #1 - Over 25 cars at my complex were broken into in one night. Daniel said he'd give us a group discount. If you're reading this you've probably called enough places to find out that the going rate is $150 per window. I'll give you one guess what he charged us. #2 - He urged me to race home to get my windows replaced, which I did, losing a few hours of billing. When I got home, they didn't have the glass. #3 - He offered me a paltry $20 for the inconvenience but never got around to coughing it up despite my repeated requests. All these places are middlemen who farm jobs out to independent contractors. If you can get a hold of one, you're looking at more like $100 per window. I'd give you the name of ours but my guess is that it's against the rules. The middlemen are a dime a dozen. Close your eyes and point and you'll find one who's more honest. read more

After my window was shattered during a burglary my boyfriend found this place. When I arrived they informed me it would take 1.5 hours, but was ther just over 2 hours. The waiting area is small but they have optimized space to pack in as many chairs as possible. This place is pretty busy, people coming and going often. The window looks great and goes up and down. The guy working the counter is nice, but don't expect customer service like a chain facility because you are not regularly updated on your vehicle status. That was a little frustrating for me. However the price was real good and the end result I am satisfies with thus far, so would go back if needed, may drop it off next time though. read more
