Absolutely wonderful to deal with! Called late on a Saturday about an hour before they closed to inquire about a trailer, spoke to a gentleman named Caesar. Caesar answered all of our questions and then told us he would wait for us to drive from the Kendall area to make the purchase! When we got to the lot about ten minutes before they closed, we dealt with Caesar's dad, Eddie, what a nice man! We purchased the trailer we wanted and we were on our way home within 30 minutes. I bought a trailer with them with a big list o problems to be fixed. Every time that I leave the trailer there to be repaired they don't even touch the trailer. The trailer is totally uneven wearing the tires 10 times faster and putting our lives at risk !! All the panels on the roof and sides is coming out too !! The best part is I bought it 3 months ago !! A Plus trailers really lives up to the name. We were on our way home from the FL Keys when our boat trailer's bearing went bad and the tire started smoking. A Plus trailers was about to close but stayed open for us to come by and get the parts needed to fix it.
