Absolute joke of a company. They are a shoddy, shady, and completely incompetent. They offer no solutions, even when their insured drivers are at fault. They will attempt to give you low ball estimates in hopes that you accept their insulting, pitiful little check. If you get into an accident, expect to talk to 3 separate companies trying to chase down the reclamation for your damages. We had a car not even 1 year old that sustained $8,000 in damages due to their insured drivers negligence. In addition, we now have a car seat worth $1,000 that's damaged and void that they refuse to reimburse us for. We haven't even gotten to the reimbursement process for the rental car, so I oh so look forward to that as well. I've dealt with three separate companies on this claim which is mind blowing, they just try to run you around in circles until you finally get so fed up you want to forget the whole thing. Really I would give no stars. Please get an attorney if dealing with this company after a wreck. They used A-I to get the initial estimate which was short by thousands - then took longer to give approval then shorted us on rental days and stuck us with the bill when THEIR CLIENT hit my husband. very unprofessional I couldn't even get somebody to tell me my claim number the first week the second week the insurance agent that was supposed to cover our situation quit and the second agent is very rude me is hard to get a hold of and here it is four weeks into the matter and the issue is still not resolved. The lady hits my car parked car, says "so what" and gives us this shady Texas based insurance from someone's back yard. If the name Apollo doesn't scream scam or a "front" for insurance then I don't know what does. But, trusting the process, hoping that Texas has some basic laws about insurance practice we filed a claim. Apollo came back saying we're not doing anything because the insured has decided not to cooperate... and we can't make her cooperate. I laughed at their response. I echo the previous reviews. Company will stall on everything. Promise to make calls but you never get the call. Car was hit in January and it is almost June now and I am still fighting to get the rental reimbursement. Repair took a month due to Apollo slow processes like others have said, it could have been done in a week costing everyone less money. The adjuster assigned to me was named Jerry Caballero who will mainly response via email after promises of giving you a call. They are not truthful and are very good at stalling. They would not give me the name of the owner. They continue to make excuses. So no use them and if their client hit you, please use your own insurance for repairs and let them fight to get the money or maybe hire an attourney. read more

rear ended 9/23/24 by insured driver of Home State Co Ins / Apollo MGA. Dealing w/ this company has been a nightmare ever since. As several others have stated, assigned adjusters will stall & delay for weeks while coincidentally claiming to be "unable to reach their insured driver for statement" so that they can use this as reason to flat out deny claims. Even in clear cut cases when all evidence is there. Should you ever have to deal w/ this shady company, I suggest you be prepared to immediately seek legal assistance or submit claim through your very own insurance company, then allow them to deal w/ Apollo MGA. God forbid you miss a call from the adjuster (if/when they decide to call) because you'll only be greeted w/their voicemail upon numerous attempts to return their call. Then their general claims dept will advise that your assigned adjuster is the only 1 that can give info regarding claim status & kindly transfer you back to the adjuster's voicemail or "place urgent callback request". So better be prepared to have phone in hand @ all times; despite having to work or other daily tasks that may interfere w/ your ability to always be available when they call you. Maria Varona was assigned adjuster in my case and with her frequent days "out of the office" (per her voicemail greeting), I too experienced multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach her by phone. Attempts to reach her via email is also without response. In the meantime, I'm left without a vehicle b/c of course the company doesn't pay rental fees upfront but rather "will reimburse later", IF YOUR CLAIM IS APPROVED. Otherwise, you're stuck w/ the bill. After 5wks of still claiming inability to reach insured driver, I then rcvd a call from Kim Wallach, (representing herself as claims mgr) in a somewhat aggressive manner, informing me of claim denial d/t insured driver's failure to cooperate w/ investigation. I immediately reached out to insured driver, low & behold, she promptly responds & reports prior unsuccessful attempts to reach adjuster. She then immediately contacts Apollo to give her statement, but of course adjuster is once again out of office for a few days. Subsequent calls then led to claims mgr Kim Wallach being reached by insured driver. However, claims mgr decides to schedule phone appt (w/insured driver) for the following week rather than taking time out to accept recoded statement at that time (while readily available). So here we are again - another missed opportunity to collect pertinent info from their insured driver. Shame on you Apollo MGA!! It is obvious that you are not acting in good faith and must be stopped. Remember that you & your loved ones also have to commute on these roadways and could be forced to deal w/these shenanigans 1 day. The absolute worst insurance company. I was hit by someone who had Apollo insurance and the entire situation has been a nightmare. My car was estimated to be in the shop for a week. However, due to delays on Apollos end my car was in the shop for 3 MONTHS. They would not send the body shop the supplement paperwork they needed to start on my car so it was sitting there taken apart for over a month. Myself and the body shop called and emailed everyday with no help. Once my car was finished, it took them over a week to get them to pay so they could release the car to me. They don't pay for rental cars upfront, so I was stuck paying over $3,000 out of pocket for something that should've taken a week and therefore $400. Getting a refund has been impossible. The person in charge of my claim, Diana Puga, NEVER answers phone calls, emails, or returns them. I have never dealt with such unorganized, unprofessional people in my life. read more

They will stall and stall and make you wait weeks only to tell you they are waiting on a couple of small things from their insured! Really, well what does that have to do with my claim???
