They have a philosophy and stick to it and expect the products they carry to follow through with it. I went in there once to pick up some organic greek yogurt and found out that the way the product was made or animals used for the product did not meet the stores specific standards so they stopped carrying the product and so I stopped buying it from other stores as well. I love knowing the store is always looking to meet the best quality possible! They also run monthly adds which is great. I can try something new one week, fall in love with it, and it's still on sale next week to go buy some more. They also have a great pre-packaged bulk department with goods of all kind. My fav is the dried tart (no sugar added) cherries... expensive but worth it! To me they have the largest and best selection of vitamins. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have known there were options for vegetarian capsules for my vitamins. On Friday I love going to Natural Grocers because the Flying Stove typically shows up with their always changing menu. Everything is good! Try it then because there is a chance you won't find that same item on their menu for a while. You can also eat whatever you buy for lunch at the Flying Stove inside in the reading, relaxing area in Natural Grocers. Pay attention when you go to the store because sometimes they advertise classes they teach which are always beneficial for your health. Sometimes they have sample fairs of some kind, but not as often as Green Acers. Lastly, they FINALLY started a rewards system. It not great, I have not benefited from it too much, but hey it's a Start for going in the RIGHT direction for their customers.

A week and half passes and I haven't heard anything from them, so I call and check and the guy seems helpful but really has no clue about the clippers. So, he tells me to call back the next day between 10 am and 2 pm. I tel him I will try but I also tell him I'm not sure if I will be able to SINCE I ALSO HAVE A JOB. Sure enough, I'm unable to get away from the training I'm in to make a phone call during that time. So a couple days later I call again to politely check-in about my clippers since conversely, no one has called me either. Or emailed. The same guy answers the phone and when I politely indicate that I was calling to check on my clippers - he jumps down my throat demanding to know if called between 10 am and 2 pm. As a side note - no where on the form I filled out did it indicate that was the only timeframe I would be able to get follow up information about my clippers. I'm so shocked by this dudes reaction to my question that I just hang up the phone. My husband sitting next to me, hears the entire thing and calls them back asking where they learned their customer service skills. He then asks for the manager, he is told they aren't in and then the guy starts yelling at my husband "WHAT YOU THINK YOU'RE GOING TO GET ME FIRED?!" Over and over again. My husband said, "no? But I would like to talk to him about your customer service skills." The guy on the phone is belligerently yelling at my husband, refusing to give his name, so my husband hangs up. The next morning, it's like a Christmas miracle - the shop owner found my phone number and called me (before 10 am - much to my shock, I'd not receive any contact from them that I didn't initiate even though they had the form I filled out) but, I wasn't able to answer (because as stated, I work during that timeframe) and he told me what was "probably" wrong with my clipper but not to worry as he wouldn't be servicing them due to the phone call. I would give zero stars if I could and I would take my clippers elsewhere, but Weiss seems to be the only place in town and you'd better not call and check on your clippers outside of 10 and 2.
