More or less started a project involving wiring some smart switches and ran into a little more than I could handle. As a bonus I also couldn't figure out what some lights wouldn't turn back on along with a mystery switch that suddenly failed to operate. There is no sense in repeating all the great things other reviewer's noted about APower and Justin. However, as I was paying my bill, I was told that they were recently purchased by Done Plumbing and Heating (to add the electrical part). I told Justin had I known that I never would have called them. Way too many awful reviews that to me overrode the good ones. I've always found other plumbers. Reviews should matter. I was glad I did not know because I am very pleased with the work, the explanation of the work and the price seemed what that is in 2023. I think they are planning to keep providing their exceptional services but I'm leery. A company that buys you out wants to institute their policies and payment scale. Guess we'll have to wait and see but to me, the only sure way not ruin this good electrical company, is if Done let's them operate, as they did before the buyout. I highly recommend this company! John and his wife Rebecca are wonderful and easy to work with. Estimates were spot on, timeliness was amazing and efficient, and the work done was clean and above par. My husband used them for a large tech startup company and we currently are using them for a home remodel. Alex was our electrician for our home and he was by far the best tradesman we've worked with this far (we've worked with painters, HVAC, plumbers, carpet installation, hardwood installation, landscapers). He showed up early everyday to the job, left our vacant property cleaner than he found it, and all of his work was perfect.
