I spoke with the owner to explain my experience, as I strongly prefer to support local businesses whenever possible. During that conversation, he indicated that he did not believe a seven-month delay was an issue. I requested a modest additional credit of 10% of the order total due to the prolonged delay, which he declined, characterizing the request as usury. He then made an inappropriate and offensive personal remark. Interactions are always two-way, but the owner asking me if I'm rich and suggesting I have a handicap was uncalled for.

He explained what would have to be done to ensure code compliance and allow for the future growth we have planned for this house. Reliant worked with our schedule to perform the work (Michele was very easy to work with and kept us advised of their availability as we prepared for the work). Eric showed up on time (I did not...) and completed the project as promised. His work was exactly what we needed and he went the extra mile to avoid creating additional work for us by not damaging the external stucco or internal sheetrock. He fully verified the work and identified all circuits within the new panel (our 1963 panel had "mystery" breakers that we didn't know what they supported). We are very happy with the new electrical panel install/upgrade and would definitely recommend Reliant for your electrical work.
