I was promptly waited upon and my smoothie was prepared within 5 to 10 minutes. I chose the Rockbridge Revival with "coffee protein" ( previously unbeknownst to me to be a thing!) The ambiance is a blend of the very old (historic building) and modern decorum. Sadly, I could not describe the type of music , although it wasn't too loud or obnoxious. The smoothie was $10 with an extra $2 for the coffee protein. I do recommend it and shall likely return on a subsequent visit to Lexington.

The place was very clean and organized. The ambiance felt refreshing and relaxing, very much like their products themselves. I was greeted with a warm welcome by two very friendly ladies who were wonderful introducing and explaining the menu to me. I first ordered the Golden Glow Smoothie, which contained my favorite fruit, Mango, among other things. It was served in a glass Mug and tasted very nourishing and refreshing. I sat at a table near one of the windows. And I enjoyed drinking the smoothie while looking outside through the window. Some other customers came in and ordered different Wellness Bowls. As I was about to leave, I noticed their Wellness Bowls and was attracted to how appetizing they looked. So I asked one of the servers to explain the different ones they had. Since I was still hungry, I then ordered a Chocolate Peanut Butter Wellness Bowl, and enjoyed it all the way. It was so refreshing and nourishing.
