I am having guests ask me for their recipes and some saying they would consider going vegan if all their meals tasted like this. Our main goal was to serve vegan food to meat eaters and have them not miss the meat. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the way the food turned out. It was a complete success. The service is unmatched. Judy took care of everything and helped with the details that I never would've thought of. I've never planned a wedding before, so it was SO helpful to have her ask more questions ahead of time in order to make sure everything went smoothly. I loved her communication, cheerfulness, and genuine love for what she does. Their serving staff was friendly, helpful, and had a sense of urgency when they were asked for anything. They were engaged in what they were doing and they seemed happy to be serving us. There isn't a thing I would change about the way Chef Michael's Catering handled our wedding reception. Now, as they stand Gregg Covin believes he is entitled to tell the locals how poor they are, after the storm. Those that have lost their homes. All the while Amy Shipman is blasting everyone right and left that may question this disastrous project. For years now, she has told off anyone that has a simple question. Her family's legacy is not hers, she has run that name into the ground. But has proudly boasted how entitled she is. The lies, liens and deceit are a joke at this point, except not as it will take a toll on the city of Hendersonville. I pray the city will not have to save this mess as it would then be on the taxpayers that live here to pay for their greed.
