I was in ellijay looking for a couch and heard Ace had some great ones! Who woulda thought?! Well I moseyed on in and was greeted by Phillip who was an absolute doll! He was so patient and kind while I sat on every single couch! He helped me measure and price them AND he hand delivered it a few days later! He is exceptional! I will absolutely be returning simply because Phillip was that great! He made shopping smooth and enjoyable. I highly recommend!

They said they would do their best to get that done. I received an email around 3 that it was ready to pick up. (I live outside their delivery area). The important take away for this story is: 1. I called the store and actually got to speak with a person. 2. They said they would do their best to get it assembled on Saturday even though the assembly team wouldn't be in until Monday. 3. They were courteous and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. ACE Hardware in Blue Ridge will get all my business in the future.

First it is locally owned, not a big box, so I love to support local anytime I can. Every time I have walked in there I have been greeted by at least two associates and when I tell them what I need they take me right to the aisle and show me the item. Outstanding Customer Service that is for sure. The price maybe a little higher than Wal Mart, but I am guaranteed to be able to find what I am looking for. The nearest Home Depot is some 30 miles away so this will be the place I shop when I need things. Store is always very clean when I have come into the store. They also have a Lumber yard attached I have not been in need of any lumber as of yet but I have a few projects coming up I will probably check them out on, especially if the pre-cut the lumber I need.
