My charger cable cracked and it would probably be a matter of time when it would break, so I needed a new one. Luckily the store is easy to get to. Granted, I parked over by Longs, so I got back in my car and drove over to Macy's which its near. It's been a while since I've been in an Apple store. Nice layout. The workers are all in blue shirts so that made it easy. Found what I needed...but where's the checkout counter? She: I can help you here Me: I just need to make sure this is the right one...I don't have my glasses She: Yes, its the one. Me: Don't laugh, my phone is old...cool...it works... It definitely is a different vibe than before. I'd come back if I needed anything else. Great AC! Mahalo Apple!

No lines and no waiting since we bought online and was a pick up only. Mahalo for in and out service.

Always a 5 star. Even during the crazy holiday shopping. I was given all answers and got my product picked up even before the time they told me. Mahalo

Sellers here are pretty good but you want to do repairs just good luck. Although I have appointments three different people talked to me each 10 min and then said wait for another one. Hopefully, you will have better experience.

This Apple Store is located on the ground floor of the Ala Moana shopping center close to Macy's, it is a very convenient location because a lot of people go to this shopping center every week. The store is clean, nice and the people at the store are very helpful. I have several Apple products and they always figure out a way to help me resolved my problems. I have been a long time customer of Apple product and I will continue to visit the store for all my Apple related items.

    Genius Bar: phone trouble
    Gail U.

9/3/2024 I made an appointment with their Genius Bar very early in the morning cuz my phone had gone dead and even when I tried to charge nothing could open it for 13+ hours. My iPhone 15 is like an extension of my left palm. I love to take photos, videos big time plus naturally check email, text and Yelp. Couldn't even check in to my daily health check to record biomarkers or buy tickets on our unlimited movies app and my routine daily iPhone uses. I checked and the Ala Moana store had the first open slot for 2:50 pm so I booked that. I honestly must not have entered that store in over a year. The set up seemed different. One employee with a blue shirt must have seen I looked lost. He asked and I said Where's the Genius Bar? He gestured everywhere with his outstretched hand. I was waiting to be checked in with the guy on the iPad who had been stooped over a table helping a couple. Luckily Jay had seen me and came to my rescue. He checked my QR code then told me where to wait as I was about ten minutes early. Jay was very calming, said I came in at the right time cuz my phone was purchased in 9/23. My warranty was almost up. Erick(sp?) I didn't see him wearing a name badge approached and asked Gail? Yes. At first he kept looking around like I was invisible. He ran a couple of diagnostics. He would leave the table a few times without a word. Never met an Apple person like him before even at this, the KAHALA or Waikiki stores. A part needed to be ordered and should take 5 days to arrive then I would be contacted to return with my phone. My phone had been running hot recently and only charged between 31-41%. I signed a few waivers on his iPad. I charge my phone with a cable. He suggested doing it wirelessly so I bought a block and a wireless charger with Kandy before I left the store. She was super polite and easy to talk to. Thank goodness Jay and Kandy were so helpful and kind AND knowledgeable.

The second line... all of us had an 1100 appointment... there were 7 behind me too who had 1100 am appointments

The repair was complete. While i was waiting in line to pick up my phone. The Tech kid was explaining to customer when its a good time to replace the battery, and when to get rid of the phone. Found their conversation enlightening. I paid the $80, with a thank you, and out into the world i went. The only knock I would give them is the credit card "surcharge". I arrived to the location at around 12:30pm (time stamp in image.) I spoke to two employees. I talked to one employee that took a look at my iPad and confirmed the price and time to pick up (2 hours). I also confirmed again with the guy who managed the payment that it would take two hours. I show up around 4:45pm and no one greets me walking in. So I walk up (five minutes later) to the first employee and asked if the tablet is ready. She told me, "Oh you're early, I just have to put on the screen." It had been 2+ hours since I dropped off so I was confused but I said I will wait till they are done. I came back around 50 minutes later and the repair is not done yet. At this point it is already 5:45pm and it has not been finished. I wait until 6:18pm and she hands me it without apologizing for the wait or anything. I regret not saying anything about the time issue but it feels conflicting because of all the things I signed and I am not sure if I am in right to. The problem is not how long it takes, but it was the misinformation about when pick up would be. I confirmed with two people that it would be ready in two hours. It came out to almost 6 hours. I would not have minded dropping it off and coming back another time, if they had communicated that. But I was told it was 2 hours so I waited there, standing in the store and not wanting to rush the employees. The repair itself is excellent but the customer service was conflicting. I paid $329.84 and expected quality care. I do wish I had a better experience because it seems others do.

I understand that businesses get busy and that unexpected issues happen, but there is absolutely no excuse for leaving customers waiting this long with little to no communication. At a certain point, you start wondering if anyone actually cares that you're there. You make the effort to come in, set aside your time, and wait patiently, only to sit there watching the clock while nothing happens. If there is going to be an extremely long wait, the least Spectrum can do is be upfront about it and communicate with customers instead of leaving them completely in the dark. What makes it even more frustrating is that customers are essentially forced to waste a huge portion of their day just to get basic assistance. People have jobs, appointments, families, errands, and other responsibilities. Our time matters too. Spectrum shouldn't expect customers to simply sit around indefinitely because their system or staffing can't keep up with demand. I honestly cannot understand how this is considered acceptable customer service. Waiting an unreasonable amount of time should not be treated as normal, especially when customers are paying for the service in the first place. Spectrum needs to seriously rethink how it handles customers and wait times. Better staffing, better communication, and a basic level of respect for customers' time would go a very long way. I left this experience feeling completely frustrated and disappointed. The service itself is one thing, but customer service is a huge part of the overall experience. When a company makes you feel like your time means absolutely nothing, it makes you seriously question why you're giving them your business in the first place. Do better, Spectrum. Customers deserve better than this.

I originally purchased the case at the Ala Moana location. Before I left, I specifically asked the employee who helped me if I could return it at ANY location without the account/contract holder being present. He clearly told me YES, any store could process the return. I went to the Kahala location first and was told, "Sorry, you can't return this here." So I then drove all the way to the Kapahulu location just to make this simple return. When I walked into the Kapahulu store, there were THREE employees working, and not one of them acknowledged me for at least 20 minutes. No "Hi," no "We'll be right with you," nothing. I just stood there waiting while being completely ignored. When someone was finally available, Kaylee helped me. I explained that I simply needed to return the phone case. Without even checking anything, she immediately told me she couldn't return it without the contract holder's ID. I explained that I purchased the case separately. Then suddenly the reason changed -- now she said she couldn't refund me because there was a discount on it. At that point, it honestly felt like I was just being given excuse after excuse and the runaround because she simply did not want to process the return. She made absolutely no effort to even TRY to help until it turned into an argument. And after arguing for several minutes, what happened? Kaylee simply ran my card and processed the refund. That was it! So clearly it COULD be done the entire time. I cannot believe I had to drive to multiple locations, stand around for 20 minutes without even being acknowledged, be given multiple excuses, and then ARGUE with an employee just to get a simple refund that ultimately took seconds to process. PLEASE, some customer service! A simple "Let me see what I can do" would have gone a long way. Customers should not have to ARGUE with employees just to get them to attempt to help. Absolutely terrible and disappointing experience.

I wish I could put a negative star!…read more To say I had a horrible experience at this Beretania Street store with Kevin is an understatement! What happened with Kevin was extremely disappointing and, quite honestly, raised serious concerns for me about integrity and trust. He told us that we needed a tracker in order to upgrade my daughter's phone at the lowest cost. What I later discovered was that he had actually added FIVE trackers to my account, while only telling me that we needed one. He also told me my bill would only increase by $15 per month for two years. I later discovered that it would actually have increased by $30 per month for three years. I was never given a receipt or documentation for the changes he made to my account, and he even told me that I was not authorized to make changes online to my own account. I told him I pay the bill but I'm not authorized?!? Go figure!! Kevin also claimed that the upgrade was taking extra long because of all of these "issues" on my account. Looking back, I have serious concerns about the accuracy and transparency of the information I was given. That is not okay. I trusted that he was helping us get the best deal, only to discover that what I was told was not accurate. If I had known the truth, I never would have agreed to those additional trackers or the terms of the upgrade. Because of how the situation was handled, I had to spend another two hours of my time that evening and the next day--time that is valuable to me--going into another store and chatting with T-Mobile to get Kevin's actions corrected. Unfortunately, my experience at the Kunia store wasn't much better. The employee who helped me seemed as though she didn't want to be there and was simply going through the motions of correcting Kevin's mistake. There was no friendliness, empathy, or apology for the situation I was having to deal with. I was already frustrated by what had happened, and the lack of concern from the person helping me only added to the poor experience. I am grateful that she took care of the issue without pushing back or trying to "save the sale," but I would have appreciated a genuine apology and some acknowledgment of what I had just gone through. The one bright spot was Sam S., who was extremely helpful, took the time to listen, and ultimately helped rectify the situation. I'm genuinely grateful that I was able to chat with him and get his help. But I should never have had to spend two additional hours correcting something that happened because of how Kevin handled my account. This wasn't simply a misunderstanding or poor customer service--it was a situation where I was given misleading information, products were added to my account that I did not understand I was agreeing to, and I was not provided documentation of the changes. T-Mobile needs to do better. Customers should be able to trust that employees are being completely honest, transparent, and ethical about what they are adding to an account, especially when it affects what we pay. What happened with Kevin has significantly impacted my trust in T-Mobile, and therefore I will not recommend the company to anyone else.

When we arrived, all of the staff were busy with customers. One gentleman greeted me and told me that I would be next despite seeing two people sitting at opposite ends of the entrance. It turned out both were waiting for their friend or relative who were already being helped. A few minutes later, Dante introduced himself and asked me what I needed. Describing the situation and my friend's phone information, he started working on the phone. A few minutes later, he asked me to call the number and the problem persisted as it went directly to voicemail. We tried again unsuccessfully tinkering with the phone.
