WARNING 1 inch PIECE of METAL In food…read more Placed an order on 11/18/25 for around $60. Food was ok untill 11/20 when I just heated up some leftovers. After I took my 2nd bite my teeth game down on something hard. I spit everything out and found about an INCh long piece of SHARP METAL. Looks like it might have came off a can when then can opener sometimes leave a sliver of metal behind. Crazy big piece if you ask me. Rest of food going in the TRASH. Called store on 11/20/25 at 2:00 pm and told them what I found. Was told sorry but the BOSS said no refunds I said well that's crazy your food has a 1 inch piece metal in it. I then asked well how do you want me to send you a picture? I was then told do not worry about that. That they don't wanna see it. I asked don't you wanna know what it is so you can try to find out how it got in the food. I was told "NO we made a note on your number to look for metal next order." So I guess if you're going to order from New China on 526 Hazel st in Wilkes barre. And I just want to add that if you haven't had their lemon sauce, you should definitely try it. I use it on everything I eat. I usually get it with sweet-and-sour chicken and just pay the extra charge on the side for the sauce. It's so worth it. I usually get plain fried rice as well as a special order with just fried egg and onion and they make it perfect every time. The lo mein I've had that is really good. It's just the right amount of flavor, not overly and not to under. I have also had their spring rolls which are to die for especially crispy on the outside, which is how I like them and tender on the inside, not too oily. I have also had other things like their chicken and broccoli which is amazing too. I always usually ask for extra tender broccoli and it comes out perfect every time. When it comes to the chicken, that's the only problem that I have is that there is another place in Wyoming that blows me away with the chicken as well so they're kind of tied to me.
