We came in ready to purchase an older vehicle with cash in hand, but instead of being greeted professionally, we were treated with complete indifference. The salesperson seemed far more concerned with washing out his Tupperware container and leaving for the day than helping potential customers. Throughout the interaction, he made several unnecessarily rude comments that left us feeling like our business wasn't wanted. I am genuinely surprised this dealership is still in business given the poor customer service we experienced, especially considering the high prices of the vehicles. Buying a car should be a positive experience, regardless of the vehicle's age or price. Unfortunately, this experience was anything but. We took our business elsewhere.

Their service is quick and top notch! They send a very detailed vehicle report with photos of your car in real time. The report lets you know if there is anything that requires immediate attention and offers suggestions based on manufacturing recommendations. I went home reviewed what Gary texted me and then was supposed to see him the next day BUT SOMEHOW GARY GOT MOVED to the ford dealership and I ended up talking to Nate who sold me an Equinox alright 71 payments at $373 and over $10,000 Undenounced on the last payment. I then had Chad ask me to mail the old vehicle title as he never told me to bring that with me. Then that Saturday Nate asks me to text my license as the Bank says my license is too dark and come to find out its on his personal cell phone. Then when he is questioned about that he accuses me of espionage This place is not very professional at all. I have been in contact with Dave and he offered to have a guy come get the title but wanted my review taken down saying that they did give me the 2 oil changes and inspections as was agreed ALTHOUGH I did find out that Chevrolet gives you your first maintenance FREE anyways I did take the review down, BUT after some more thought I have decided that the public needs to know that if they are buying a new CHEVROLET maybe Bob Johnson is not the place to go as I have decided that I will not be going back for any maintenance and that maybe I should leave the mechanic work to my mechanic as I know that he is trustworthy no matter if I have to pay for it or not!
