They took no ownership of the issue and didn't even apologize. I've serviced both of my vehicles here for years without a single problem, but the moment an issue arised that they caused, they refused to take responsibility of it and offered only a half-assed fix. If it wasn't their fault, why would they even touch the panel to fix it after I dropped it off. I will no longer be bringing either of my vehicles to have them serviced at this location.

While changing my oil, Dan and the tech, Nikolai, were able to find some other issues including my brakes, egr valve gasket and camshaft plug. They were honest with me regarding what they found and gave me a decent price without tryin to run me up which I appreciated.
