They went above and beyond in making sure my car was fixed and even had me come in the day I called to make sure I had enough fluid to make it through the weekend and until they could get my car in first thing Monday morning. They diagnosed my car and contacted me with the estimate (which seemed incredibly fair and honestly priced) and had it fixed all within the same day. I have been to Dukas a few times because my brother swears by the work and the service. I have picked up my brother's care a few times and I sit back and observe how customers come in with their concerns and how the service manager handles them. I have to say that I am utterly impressed by the manner in which he handles their concerns and the professionalism of the service that they provide. I actually ended up using them for some minor service on my car and when I tell you that the service manager took care of those concerns, he also gives extra advice on what to do and look for should you have any problems. Emergency belt and idler breakdown and they took care of it the same day, also did some other 100,000 mile service to the Jetta 2 weeks prior with a appointment. I took my car there to be looked at, and I asked to be called and let me know what was the problem. When I did receive my call, my car was fixed already and I was given a price. I paid the price and took my vehicle because I did need it fixed. But I do think that you should call the customer before you continue to fix a car. I didn't recommend it a family member family member took their car there they overcharged refused to give the car back because they wanted to charge $400 for two tires. We went and purchased two tires and took there and they told us it would take another whole day. When we asked to pay and give us a car instead the only one to argue, and then he proceeded to call the police for no apparent reason. He lied to the cops and said that we threatened him no one threatened him I have of the incident. The police told us to go home because they knew nothing had happened. Post a review on Google and they deleted and then they proceeded to have one of their employees post a review with their name so that's how I know the employee works there They're posted all over their Facebook page And everything. I will not recommend anyone to go here. They've been living out here and their friends with everyone including the police so they think they can get away with anything. There were things they said before the cops get there that's how I know how long they've been out here and their friends with. read more

Excellent Service and staff. They always go above and beyond. I brought my Jeep in once for an oil change. When it was completed my bumper that had become unclipped was fixed. They always fit you in quickly and ensure what needs to be fixed is. They do not try to overcharge or tell you things need to be fixed when they do not. Do not use Dukas unless you want to drive your car off their property with more problems than you came in with. I lost my car to them last year after they repeatedly messed with it and did more than I was asking them to.
