I have been ruminating on this for some time and decided I really needed to share my AWFUL experience with this place on yelp. I was looking for a florist to arrange a bouquet for my husbands birthday. Scott & his crew DID NOT DISAPPOINT. My goodness they prepared one of the most beautiful arrangements. Just moved to the Tampa area and needed a beautiful anniversary arrangement to send to my wife. I had no leads on a local florist but took a shot in he dark with Apple Blossoms. Wow, did that pay off. They put together a custom order just to my specs. After calling them they told me to give them a couple of hours to check with their supplier. Hey called back with good news and ended up putting together a PERFECT arrangement of EXACTLY what I requested. And... it turned out better than I even envisioned. Needless to say, my shot in the dark has quickly turned into my Go-To florist in Tampa and the only place I'll call for my special occasions. They hit it out of the park. I shopped around for this bouquet of 30 long stem roses and Apple Blossoms was by far the best price quote I received. Sometimes when you pay less, you get less, but not in this case. Scott and his team are amazing, they truly stepped in to help save the day when my outdoor wedding ceremony was expecting rain last minute. He turned the inside reception area into what felt like a beautiful garden so I could still enjoy that outdoor feeling (but even better without the humidity!). Though Scott and his team were in the middle of moving their shop to a new location, they created the most stunning arrangements for my husband's military retirement celebration. The flowers were fresh and the foliage was arranged masterfully to create a unique and impactful look. Many of the arrangements were placed in vases that we could give to our guests to take home to enjoy. In fact, I'm looking at one of them now-four days later it is just as beautiful! We had to add an additional table to our event at the last minute and Scott created another center piece in record time. They delivered the flowers and set them on the tables so all I had to do was enjoy the party. Their prices were very reasonable-I feel like we got a designer, high end look for a fraction of the price of other florists. The most amazing wedding bouquet ever!!! We heard by word of mouth from a complete stranger that the owner was super nice and really worked with brides to create splendid floral pieces for their special day so we popped in to check the shop out. We immediately knew from the time we stepped inside that this place was good energy. My fiance and I chatted and showed a picture of the bridal bouquet we wanted and knew we were in good hands. The big day came yesterday and when I saw my bouquet I was nearly in tears over how gorgeous it was. It was even more beautiful than the picture! It literally made the wedding day. The florist even went out of the way to find the peonies I wanted (which had a poor season this year) and they were stunning. Incredible! Highly recommend. Was supposed to take our 4 years old Goddaughter to Disney and she caught a virus so we had to cancel. She was so disappointed we weren't going. We called Apple Blossoms and spoke to Ron. So polite. Explained what happened and could they get anything remotely close that would give the impression of Disney's Movie Frozen (her favorite movie). Having placed an order for same day deliveyr and not received confirmation, I called, left message, no return, called again to be told they don't deliver to Temple Terrace so sent the order to someone else. They did call the someone one else, called me back to tell me the someone else cancelled the order but sent me an email. No email received by either Appl Blossoms or Someone Else. They said hardly anyone delivers there except 56th St Florist. No apology, nothing but attitude. They were wrong...Jennie's Florist was most helpful and still able to make same day delivery. read more
