    Customer service horrible. Made my appointment for 2:40 when I went to several employees they gave me stupid excuses that they were running a bit behind. But I look around and they have employees literally just standing around doing nothing. This store has poor customer service and they give me the most dum apologies making it so frustrating and annoying I can't stand it

    Not sure what's going on with this Apple Store has service has been lacking from good to bad to worse. What was supposed to be to be a 15 wait for service extended beyond to an hour plus. At end left the store and will seal assistance online or maybe a different location

    Exceptional service! I love purchasing Apple products because I truly find value in the actual product and the service that accompanies any issues. The team in the store is amazing!

    Rushed experience, very impersonal and racially biased towards Spanish. This is an apple store and my electronics should be trusted in the care of their workers. I did not feel that way at all. I'm constantly looking over my shoulder, not in anticipation of speaking with a worker, but they are literally talking shit in groups of two. WHILE I HAVENT BEEN HELPED IN OVER 20 minutes. This is my second trip here. And I made an appointment for that exact reason. I wouldn't recommend this location if your traveling or looking to spend money.

    COVID, we all know we must account this into the equation (BUT check reviews before COVID as well). Even with the new process for all, the issue here are their security guards, which are REPRESENTING the experience customers go through. Apple gave security guards a whistle and the guards think they are running security for Airforce 1, with lack of communicating the protocol to arriving Apple customers, HAVING an appointment, show up on time. I showed up 15 minutes before my appointment and a lady guard told me, "get out of the line and come back in 10 minutes", came back to do the line, now "is not the line, check in with the other security guard" go to the other security guard, who then said "go stand on the line" all while aggravating the experience for myself and about 15 other customers waiting. Apple sure put a tarnish on customer experience by putting captain Micky 1099 rent a cop to communicate their messy subjective protocol. Get it together people, is not like you are giving phones for free. EVEN BEFORE COVID this place was getting bad review. Where is the negative star reviews? This place should be given negative stars.

    Came in to purchase a couple of things I needed with my gift card. Wish The gift card was as big as my wants.... The day after Christmas is crazy but although it was like a sea of people, you could see the attendants in red. I was able to put my name down and within 9 mins was attended to. The young lady was super nice. She was a wealth of knowledge and helped me narrow down my choices to come to a decision. The process and check out was great. In and out in less than an hour!!

    Cheaper than rest of the repair shops. The Genius Bar were quick in response and the staff were very sociable during my visit.

The new model is put your phone number in a queue as soon as you get in to the store. I did the mistake of not doing that thinking I'm just going to easily find what I came for but no such thing! A computer monitor needs a bit more help to find so I had to go back and put my name on the list because the monitor I wanted was not easily available as I thought. It had to be brought from the back... Having said all of that, don't make the same mistake I made of trying to ask a random worker for help. I guess their system works if people follow it right? Lol Well the store is very pretty. The layout changed from the older model. The computer area is my favorite! Very organized and cool looking. Their prices are still competitive compared to online shopping so in that sense, I don't mind shopping in person to actually see the products and play with it a bit before purchasing!

They had one small girl doing all the work. Between checking people out and pickup orders. Meanwhile I had to go tell the guy that a greeter to have someone help her out. There was 3 people in line ready to pay and 3 people waiting to pick up. No one noticed she needed help and no one offered. Definitely not working as a team here.

I had…read morea very difficult time getting a new washer delivered after my warrantied one broke, and Melissa saw the process through and made sure everything went smoothly. My washer broke a few weeks ago, and I got a return goods authorization from the manufacturer after they couldn't fix it. Unfortunately, I had to come into the store to get it exchanged. I was initially annoyed, but when I walked into the store, Melissa immediately came over and had me send everything to her email so she could take care of it. She told me what to do and who to see so I could get everything finalized. Then on the day of the delivery... nothing! I call the store and get transferred SEVEN times. Everyone is passing the call around trying not to make it their problem. That is, until Melissa gets on the phone. I explain my issue and she immediately remembers me and says she'll find out what happened. She calls back and lets me know they gave me the wrong date. And to expect it the next day. Next day comes and goes. I call back and ask to speak to Melissa specifically. She apologizes and says she will personally reschedule the delivery this time. She sends the confirmation and assures me it will go through. And it did, the delivery went smoothly. In a store where everyone seemed anxious to pass my issue onto the next person, Melissa took ownership of the process and ensured a smooth delivery. I'd ask for her if I had any issues again. TLDR: Melissa Torrens from customer service is the person you want helping you if something goes wrong.
