However...owner was speaking loudly on her phone the entire time I was at the salon (over an hour and 15 minutes). It was very unprofessional and took away from the experience. I walked in asking for a gel X removal and it ended up costing me $25. My nails were around 3 weeks old so it was an easy task, only about 15 minutes worth. She used the drill and then got all my nails off, filed them, and then threw some cuticle oil on. All while talking on the phone. I only had $20 in cash so I asked if that was sufficient, as the price for a removal wasn't listed. I've never had a removal cost more than $15 at a higher end salon. Basic gel mani ok But no customer service vibe. Tech had dog in the chair next to him and he spent more time interacting with tiny poodle than customer. As usual spoke whole time in his native language with other techs and the dog. No cuticle clipping, no dirt removal under the nail, no massage. If you go don't expect much by skill or ambiance. The negative: Even though I had called and made an appointment, they were way backed up and I sat for a half hour. So did others. The positives: a great pedicure given with care and professionalism. The worst pedicures I have ever had. I still have dirt in my nails from working in the gardens. There was no buffing, or timing the dead skin around the nail. I had to ask to have my callus scrubed. My nails look like a 9 year old did them and one of my nails is only covered 60%. There was no message but did offer a one min. hot stone. He was rushed and did not take his time or have any attention to detail. I now have to go to another salon and pay to have a proper pedicure. Will not be returning. read more

Came here with my mother in law for pedicures. I've gotten my fair share of quality pedicures that charge $55 and under in Boston and this was not at all up to expectation. There was no cleaning of cuticles. Asked for square shape and the man doing my nails did not deliver. For a gel manicure I have multiple smudges and they were not fixed (smudges due to man putting my feet into the lamp without being that careful) you can blatantly see the smudges and no effort was made to fix them. Did not exfoliate feet. Took off old gel using a drill which really burned through. Really just a poor experience. Two stars for cleanliness. Honestly wish I never spent my money here and drove further for a nail salon. read more

With their pedicures you get a lovely leg and foot massage as well as hot stones and scrub . All included in their very reasonable prices ! Mani / pedi no polish I had to scrape old polish off my toes after the pedicure when the young man went to the back . Manicure was worse ! He was going to send me out again with old nail polish on my nails and cuticles and did like a faux cuticle removal the women at the desk had to step in and take the polish off and actually clip my cuticles! I will never go there again! I won't even get into the lack of cleaning and using clean tools he didn't even use soap in the soaking dish ! Horrified to say the least! read more

Very disappointed. I went in excited to have my nails done for a trip and I showed the woman what I wanted, she couldn't do it. So I saw they have done ombré before and I asked for that. She proceeded to tell me "oh that's expensive." I felt completely judged and should've left after that comment. And continued to ask her how much, and she said $70. I picked out a color after showing her a photo, still thinking I was getting ombré and all I got was a solid color. The nails look fine, but truthfully I never treat myself to getting my nails done and I was so excited for it, for my trip. I still ended up paying $55 for nails I didn't ask for. Might possibly be the worst nail salon I've ever been to. Went in with light green toenail polish and tried to switch to blue. There are several places on my toes where you can still see the green. Who can't take polish off? I've given it multiple tries and it's awful each time. My feet look just as bad as when I went in. Never again. I am only giving this salon 2 stars because the manicure itself is decent. Other than that, this was a very unpleasant experience and I will not be returning. We were hardly greeted at the door. I called for an early appointment and was scheduled for 8 am. Now I am from out of town but my family lives here and told me that they open at nine. I called back and she said no no no 830. So I showed up at 8:30 AM and she told me I was not scheduled until 9 o'clock. She told me the doors don't open until 9 o'clock but then right by me two other women came in for their 830 appointments. She argued with me that I had to have a full set and did not do exactly what I wanted but I only did the repairs and then I had to go buy nail polish and get my nails done somewhere else. This was our first experience using a Salon on the Cape. Called for an appointment and was told to come right down. When we arrived they we a little busy and short handed. The owner quickly called for more technicians to come in. The wait for our main/pedi's was about 30 minutes but they were nice and accommodating. Salon was very clean, I liked that they used fresh towels and not paper towels. They also use a plastics cover for the pedicure sink, that they throw away after every use. My favorite part was they did not rush! Even though they were busy they took their time and really catered to their current customer before moving to the next. I was very happy with both my manicure and pedicure, as was my daughter!!! The only negative for me was that they do not take credit cards. We will be back! read more

I called ahead for an appointment to have my nails dipped. I arrive 5 mins early for my appointment as I was taught 5 mins early is on time. After the owner of the establishment starts my nails when a woman walks in asking if she could do a dip manicure. The owner stops my nails gets up and starts this woman's nails. If i was a walk in i would expect to wait or to be done in between but i had an appointment. i sit tight for a few until i hear the woman say to the nail tech wow your quick. My time and dollar is just as valuable as the woman who walked in. i should not have to detonate 3 hours of my day for a simple 1 color manicure. Not sure did my champion hoodie scream out poor. I tip better then most rich people because i too work for tips Unless you have nothing to do for 4 hours don't bother with this place because as long as they don't miss a sale they don't care where you have to be appointment or not. Had an 11AM appointment for 3 pedicures....myself, 11yr old niece and my adult nephew. We got there on time, were never greeted and finally sat in the chair at 11:30. Two people had come in at 11:15 (with no appointment) and were seated with us. They were treated first! I was given a short version of a real pedi...trim, slight pumice treatment, 30 second calf and foot massage and 30 seconds of hot stone under my arches. My niece had JUST A POLISH. It took less than 10 minutes. No other treatment. My adult nephew had a very crooked and jagged clipping and some feet "tickling." No polish or other service (total 10 minutes). We were all charged full salon price $35. and I should have spoken up but didn't want to ruin the event as this was birthday presents for both of them. It was a total rip off price-wise and service wise. Then, two days after that appointment my big toe nail ripped into the sheets and the jagged untreated edge came off with the polish. I should go back and have them fix it, but I never want to step foot in there again..........and neither should you. I'd give it a ZERO rating if I could. read more

My daughter and a friend went to get their nails done. They did a horrible job on my daughter's acrylics. The nail sticks up off of her fingers and the designs looks like a 5 year old drew it ( it was only hearts, not that difficult)! They charged her $70, it should have $60 ($45 base price, $10 for shape and $5 for design). Not to mention, the girl was doing 2 people at the same time (not my daughter's friend). I am always willing to pay if the job is done well but this was awful. She will NOT be going there again. read more

Awesome salon! They have an amazingly large dip color selection which is hard to find anywhere. The location is very clean and the staff is amazing! The prices are very reasonable too! I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and had a really good experience. I was a walk-in and they were able to take me right away. It was clean and quiet and everything was in good condition. I asked for a pedicure and it was so good, I thought they had actually given me the deluxe pedicure. It included two sugar scrub massages with a hot stone massage in between! I was pleasantly surprised when I went to pay and it was the price of the standard pedicure. They don't take credit cards, so that is something to be aware of.
