Making an appointment is easy, and they've even been able to fit me in at the last minute, which I really appreciate. The prices are very reasonable, and most importantly, the quality of their work lasts. My nails always come out looking great and hold up well over time. My nails took ages!! So awful and the prices were insane. I understand price gouging can happen in nice areas, but almost $80 for dip (they didn't even offer acrylic) was crazy. Wanted to love this place! Got my nails done on a Thursday they cracked and broke on Saturday. Every single nail is crack two are chipped it is so disappointing! 100 dollar manicure and everyone is cracked . Would never return here. As a manicure addict this is the worst yet! Do not go! I would never go back! They have their prices posted on the wall. But when I want to pay for a pedicure/manicure. She told me $66.00. Then she saw my MasterCard she said you'll have to give me more money now. Now you give me $72 unless you give me cash then it's 66. She said we have cash and card prices but they were not posted up on the wall. On the manicure table there was a note taped to the table that said cash prices and card prices. Stopped in today for a pedicure and it was wonderful. The salon is new and very lovely. Located right on Main St. just adjacent to the Orpheum Theater. They offer a variety of manicures and pedicures including gel and UV gel. Feng was very delightful and friendly and did a great job. I will be back for sure!! read more

I had the best pedicure ever the other day at Lin's. A young man (whose name I don't remember!) did a wonderful job.

Staying at Chatham Bars Inn and stopped in town to pick up a few forgotten items and stumbled across Lin's. They've only been open about three months, but I'm confident they'll be around for quite some time. I opted for the classic mani pedi with callous remover; Rachel, who worked on my pedi did an incredible job! Jerry did a fabulous job on my mani - really took him to make sure the lengths were all even and polish neat and consistent. Establishment was clean and staff was friendly. Prices are fair. Lin's charged $40 for a gel manicure.. they don't even soak your hands to make the cuticles soft. When the women did my cuticles she didn't even get everything. I was extremely disappointed especially for the price. read more

Lin's is ok. Nothing special. I made an appointment and arrived a little early. They took me right away. Premises appears pretty clean. My nail tech didn't speak English except for the words manicure, round, square, shape. When I spoke to her she made faces back at me. End result was ok, not too bad, not too great. read more

I agree this new place is clean and has a lovely calming atmosphere. Mani-pedi was not rushed and very well done. That said I did not appreciate the multiple attempts to have me "upgrade" from a Classic $30 pedi to one of their $55, $70, or $90 pedicures. "Not today means Not Today". Trying to upsale clients is not appreciated. Plan ahead as parking is a big issue.....took me 25 minutes of circling parking lot and street to find space. read more

I had a really great SNS manicure here the other day. The woman who took care of me did a great and thorough job. The shop was extremely clean, as well, and it appeared that they sanitize all of their equipment individually. Although I did not get a pedicure, I noticed that they timed 10 minutes for the leg massage portion of that service so as not to leave people feeling jipped. I thought this was a nice touch as many other spas rush through the massage portion of a pedicure. I give Lin's 3 stars only because of the price of my SNS. I get SNS at home in NJ for $30 and it was $60 at Lin's which I feel is somewhat hard to justify. Regular manicures are $17, however. read more

A welcome addition to Chatham! Had a pedicure here and they did a great job. I couldn't decide between two colors so they offered to try out both which was nice. I feel their pricing is right in line with other nail salons in the area and I like all the extra spa options you can add on. I didn't take advantage of any extras nor did I feel compelled to do so. I went there for an SNS manicure and it came out very well. I also really loved how clean and well designed the place was. I was feeling a bit under the weather and I was coughing and the nail tech brought me water and a riccola candy. She offered me a pillow as well for my back while sitting in the chair. I haven't been to a better nail salon on the lower cape! My nails look amazing and this will now be my go too spot for nail care. read more

Saw Lin's salon, while on the Cape this summer. Unfortunately never made it in, but did stop by while in town in October for a few days. I did a shellac manicure and pedicure with an additional massage and quite honestly the BEST shellac manicure I have ever had! I typically go very natural on my hands, and she had a wonderful suggestion of my usual color, with a little "Perfect Match" over the top. It held up beautifully, honestly almost two weeks longer than my manicures at home. I wish I could have Rachel teach a class on the perfect shellac manicure! While I usually get my nails done, just before heading on vacation...this summer I will be waiting to do them when I arrive. Rachel was WONDERFUL! read more

I was unhappy with my manicure with Jerry. It lasted about 2 or 3 days. I felt the polish was watered down and won't go back.

Very disappointing. I'll start by saying that Lin's has the potential to be excellent. The location downtown right near the movie theater is excellent. The salon itself is bright and clean. The process are very fair. And the equipment (particularly the massage chair used during pedicures) is high quality. The biggest problem appears to be that the salon is grossly understaffed and does not schedule people correctly. My wife and I arrived for pre-scheduled pedicures. There was no person working the front desk; the other two employees were giving manicures to other customers. We were seated 20 min after our scheduled time - but still were not serviced as the 2 employees were still with the other customers. Eventually a third employee came in and proceeded to move my wife's chair without speaking to her. It was extremely rude. He then went about with her pedicure, moving as quickly as he could without speaking. Eventually, one of the 2 original employees finished with a customer and came over to start my pedicure. I was not even given 2 minutes to soak my feet in the tub when she started with the pedicure. She never spoke to me - only spoke to the other employee who was doing my wife's pedicure (and in a non English language). My pedicurist maybe spent 15 minutes with me, maximum. She didn't remove calluses or provide nice treatment in any way. In fact, she skipped the warm towel leg wrap part of the service entirely. I've never had a curser or less thoughtful pedicure in my life. She finished with me as fast as she could and then proceeded to start a manicure for another customer who had come in for an appointment. read more

possibly the best nail salon i've ever been to! they took us right on time for our appointment. so many gel, sns, and regular polish colors. took their time to file every nail perfectly. both me and my sisters sns manicures look amazing! my moms gel pedi is also perfect. they soaked the prior gel off her toes properly and really did a good job. also so friendly. when i accidentally bumped my drying nail, she fixed it immediately with no complaints and it looks so good. This the second time I went to Lin's for my nails. I gave them a second shot. The first time I went the pedicure was fine but I get the dip nails and the person they gave me did an awful job. I called them back and had to leave a message. Lisa the owner did the right thing and called me back but by the time she called me back I had gone somewhere else and had it done all over again. She called again and said please come back and we will make it right and do it for you free. So I did just that. I went back again and had another pedicure and she did my nails this time. Except there was one problem, she totally reneged on what she promised. I had to remind her. There was a shop full of people and I am a non confrontational person. She gave me 20% off. I took it and left. That is not the way to run a business. And if she doesn't figure this out soon, Chatham will be without another nail salon. read more
