My second time to this salon. In the same strip mall is WW where I come to weigh-in so I popped in after my weigh-in and asked if they had time for a manicure and to my surprise they did! Yay. To be fair to all, al I wanted was an old fashion manicure which only cost $12 (great price). Nothing special and that is what I wanted and received. I could say she could have been a bit better on the massage and cuticles, but that's okay. Hey $12, what's a girl to do. Lol The salon is quite large and one whole side is windows which gives great light unless your eyes are super sensitive to light. It does get super bright inside. I put my sunglasses on this time around, but only because I was starting to feel a migraine coming on but not from the light, but a bad night sleep. Sighhh Anyways, this second time I called at 9:10 (they open at 9 am) and asked if they could get me in (Friday) and they could as long as I could arrive within 20 min. No problem. Again just an ole' fashion manicure along with a pedicure. I had Lena and she was awesome!! Even only paying the $12, her massage was so much better and a bit longer. She also did a much better job on my cuticles, giving them more time then just pushing them back without any purpose. Her pedicure was great along with the massage. She was kind and easy to understand. She didn't talk, talk, talk with her co-workers while tending to me. I don't like that especially during the massage times. One should be able to enjoy and relax not pm listen to constant chatter. Of course when she was polishing she started to chat but that was towards the end of my service. She shaped my natural nails just the way I like them and did a great polish on them. I was very satisfied and will definitely come back since it's so convenient for me. Showed them the nails i wanted 3 times. In the middle of this guy doing it he says i can't do the design. now im pissed bc wtf you mean you can't do the design so im like okay just do red french tip. He tells me for 4 dots it will be $25 more. For DOTS. He decides to give me 4 dots on one finger each hand for just 5 more ig and not only that the dots are coming together n look like a white line. She then cut one of my nails bleeding without saying sorry or anything. The shape of my nails ended up being worse than before I came in. In other words the nail tech was on a mission to cause as much pain before I actually said anything (which I didn't because I'm not a Karen) but that is not the real reason for a low review. I frequent this plaza and it is near where I live so I thought I'd support a local nail salon business. I should've relied on the Yelp reviews and didn't take the risk. The lady with the medium length bob hair was very rude to me and talked to me like I was her little kid. I am a paying customer asking for her recommendation on the best method to fix my nails since I have a very dry skin around my right thumb and if it would be safe to do so. She called on 2 other colleagues and they were having a huddle around me on what to do. ( She don't have faith in herself to do the job? It isn't even a broken nail. It was dry skin from the weather that I was asking her if she could go around it). She was getting irritated with me for asking questions. I know Vietnamese accent can sound aggressive for some and I understand that because I am Asian too but the way she talked to me with a matching angry face did it for me I had to get up my chair and walked out the nail salon. The nerve of her to raise her voice at me. I am not giving them business if the first encounter is already rude. If you need to feel relaxed and get treated with respect, go to another nail salon. It's super disappointing to see that this place has turned their focus to quantity over quality. I had a very terrible customer service experience in addition to poor end-result. I asked for 2 simple things: 1) A gel manicure focused on cuticle removal I had very bad overgrowth 2) A natural sheer pink Things I got: 1) A poorly done gel manicure with strings, dust, and uneven layers. There is visible paint on my skin. 2) Unmanaged cuticles 3) After she rubbed oil on my hands, she told me I was done. I sat there looking at her with oily hands like...??? Where is my hot towel? The lotion? She told me to get up, wash my hands, and I was to pay at the front desk. 4) She fought with me when I asked her to remove the VERY VISIBLE BLUE STRING from her TOWEL on my nail. She just kept painting over it until it faded. I had to ask her to remove the paint completely and redo from the beginning. 5) She didn't bother to ask if I wanted my nails short, long, round, or square. She's lucky she guessed correctly. 6) Color is subjective, so I won't blame her for this one. She just picked a poor color choice. 7) It took her 1.5 hours to do ONE GEL MANICURE. I'm saddened to leave a poor review but my final straw was pulled tonight. Sorry this is lengthy. I've been going here since they opened and have never had a bad experience in all my years until this week. I made an appointment and from the minute I hung up was texted multiple times about changing the time. I then show up and in the parking lot receive a text if I can come 2 days later. I thought that was the point of making an appointment so who u want is available to do ur nails at the set time. I got pawned off on a new girl. I asked for a gel dip fill and she proceeded to over file and take all my nails off when that isn't what I wanted. She told me it was too late to turn back and I would have to start over. At the end I had nothing I wanted, nails all different lengths and bumpy but I didn't have time for her to start over. I paid $107 for a new set I didn't need and a pedicure. The same night I text the person I had an appointment with to complain how unhappy I was. With in the next 4 days 3 nails broke and I called to have them fixed. I was told come in at day 5. Made a new appointment. Was texted 6-7 times to change my set appointment again then to tell me it can't be done and I have to see the original person that did such a horrible job because she would not get paid to fix someone else's bad job. I told them I want these nails off and a refund if I couldn't have a new person do them. Entire time removing them they tried to get me to paint them. Told them no just want my money back. Handed me $25 and told me since I had them almost a week I had to pay half price. Slap in the face if u ask me. I told them I called the same night and again 3 days later and I will not accept half the money back. They argued but the owners wife came over and handed me my money back. I have loved this place for years but sadly will NEVER go back. My MIL SIL cousin and next door neighbor all go here too but not any longer. We will all be looking for a new place! read more

DO NOT GO HERE. I went here because it was $5 cheaper than my usual place and it was closer to my house. Sometimes I get ingrown nails. Not too bad, I just like them to cut it a certain shape so it doesn't happen. She was very rough but I have a high pain tolerance and it felt fine. When I went to sleep that night I woke up in agony. It felt like little needles in my toes. I tried using hydrogen peroxide and polysporn and neosporin and soaking both My toes because they were infected. I did it for about a week and it didn't get better. I ended up having to go to urgent care because the infection ended up going into my tissue. After I took seven days of antibiotics.( Which I do not like to take medicine so this was even more disappointing). It wasn't all the way gone but there was no more pain. It's been 3 weeks now and it's still not back to normal. Just spend the extra $5 to go down the street. Don't be cheap like me because this is what happens. read more

I don't even live in the area,but I drive my butt to this salon whenever I can. I have been coming here for few years now. This place is very organized and well run. It has 7 pedicare and 7 manicure stations. It is also open Monday-Sunday. I normally asked for Heidi as she is very popular, so I have to get an appointment ahead of time. They are very clean and I see them cleaning/soaking their tools. I usually will get a pedicare,which only cost about $25. It includes: foot massage and callus removal. My pedicare will last about 2-3 weeks. I always leave this place very refresh, invigorated and happy. My feet looks spectacular as well. They have shared parking in this plaza,however, it is never a problem with parking. I highly recommend this salon, your feet will thank you. DO NOT GO HERE!!! Should be ZERO STARS. They gave me an ingrown nail and an infection in my big toenail! My doctor said that they must've cut way too short and/or cut me on the side and lead to this infection! Once she said that I remembered a small moment where the nail stylist was scraping the dead skin in that area and not only cut me but cut me with the tool that she had dropped ON THE FLOOR AND DID NOT CLEAN OR GET A STERILE ONE. Yes maybe I should have asked her to get a clean one but when that stuff happens you don't think that you're going to end up with an ingrown nail infection! I wanted a certain simple design hand drawn on my nails & another manicurist offered to paint it for me, because she has done my nails once before & I loved her designs. I felt my pedicure was being rushed, as my nails were being painted with the gel polish that I chose from the gel colors , she did not use a light. I asked her if she was doing gel. She said , I can take it all off and do gel (she looked irritated). She then was putting a top coat , I said can I get a 2nd coat so it looks like the color on that I picked ...then she was rushing with the 2nd coat and had globs of polish on my nails, and was painting a clear coat over it . I would come here often since it's right by my home and the price is great, for the past two years, that is until this last week. I've recently had a couple of bad experiences but still gave them the benefit of the doubt but this last time did it for me.The first bad encounter happened when I brought my friend to have some girl time and made an appointment ahead of time. They were so rude to her and I was embarrassed for even recommending this place. The ladies kept talking about her feet, like that's why we are here to up keep and get maintenance on them. The second experience I was paying with Zelle (like I always have) and including tip to my girl who did a great job and is the daughter in law to the older woman with medium length hair. The older woman runs the show when the man is not there because I have noticed a man that usually does nails and works the front desk also. Anyways, as I was paying she is literally standing over my shoulder watching me to see how much I'm going to tip. Like I said I'm a regular and always tip but that was just straight up rude. I told her to please give me space so I can complete my transaction. Keep in mind it wasn't even her tip, it was for her daughter in law! This last time I went in as a walk in and they were busy. However, they told me to wait for 15 minutes, it was about 4:20pm, they close at 7pm. I asked if I could just come back at 5pm for a regular pedicure (not gel, not acrylic, I did not have gel on prior). They said they would be too busy and I should try to come back tomorrow. So you could take me if I waited 15 min but when I try to work with you and allow more time to wait I'm being told to come back tomorrow? Unbelievable. This was my favorite salon for years! Lately the new owner is never around and let's the ladies schedule their own appointments. This is horrible when you are trying to get a fill and pedicure from two different people. The salon also looks dirty and needs to be dusted but again the new owner is never there to see this. The ladies have a bad attitude and are worried about money over quality of their work. They are so pushy about you using Zelle for their tips.
